Nessalia is a town with two temples, one dedicated to Anezti, Queen of Ravens, and the other to Benzaiten, Lotus Queen. In addition, there are approximately nine shops and one educational hall for young children. The High Lord Theodore Perkins founded this town in the year of King Marty Dawson. He was given the title of High Lord and some land to build his own castle on after saving his king's life from an Elder Dragon by slicing its head clean off with a move called the mountain cleaver. For generations, his blood line was the only one to hold the title of High Lord; it remained that way until something changed.

Numerous wars erupted in the area, transforming Nessalia into a lawless town. The people's daily lives were miserable, and food was no longer rationed due to the countless armies that demanded Nessalia's resources. The people had seen enough of it, and after a brief discussion, one person rose to speak up: Cordelia Price, the daughter of a lord and a general.

After taking care of the neighboring towns that were constantly launching wars between the lands of Nessalia, she became the next high lord. She relied on her trusted shadow knights, who were highly skilled female assassins who would later become her lovers. She rose to the position of High Lord Cordelia Price.

During her reign, she returned her town's colorful streets to people. As a high lord, she was able to use the money she earned from eliminating the other areas to hire mercenaries as guards, and with them, she constructed an underground facility where she could carry out her advantageous plan of selling humans and beasts to any noble willing to pay.

She was untouchable until four of her guards turned against her. She killed two of them with the help of her wives, but because the other two had the favor of the people, she couldn't kill them without risking the people hating her and turning against her.

Following a difficult war with some orcs, the two guards she was so irritated with continued to gain public attention because they were the ones who were able to stop the orcs. She had to figure out how to get rid of them. She later learned from one of her lovely assassins that one of them was named Akio Lunar and was responsible for freeing some slaves she was about to sell that day, so she decided to take advantage of the situation and kill two birds with one stone. She decided to bestow the title of Lord on both Akio and the other guard who guarded this lovely town from orcs.

As a distraction, she would use some of her wives as personal bodyguards for them, and some guards she chose herself as their house guards. When the time came for them to move into their mansions, she learned that the guards and assassins she had sent to Akio had been killed, and he had gone missing. She was enraged and wished she could go find and murder him herself, but she couldn't because she had to think about the nobles and the money she was bringing in. She still had to deal with the other guard.

She decided to distribute posters around town, requesting highly trained wizards who could use detection spells. One day, she got one; her name was Laura, a nineteen-year-old dragonborn girl from a foster home who was a talented witch. Cordelia couldn't help but smile wickedly when she finally found her toy.

As night fell in her castle's dungeons on a terrifyingly cold night, screams echoed throughout the chambers as she defiled the poor girl, cutting, slicing, and even using her blood to lube her sex tools to please her wives as they made love on her corpse. She returned to work after having her fun and mangled Laura's body together, transforming her into a versatile magic detection device.

Cordelia was always worried that Akio would return one day to kill her and possibly discover the secrets she kept in her underground facility, but now she'll be able to instantly know when he'll be coming and who he'd be foolish enough to bring because this is her town and she can do whatever she wants. She is free to plaster someone's grandmother on the wall. She has the authority to take someone's mother or daughter if she so desires.
