(Out of Ash's pokeball emerged his reunited friend who roared loudly causing shivers running through Machoke's spine)
Jack: Machoke dynamic punch
Ash: Pidgeot dodge and use wing attack

Machoke was late and the was hit by pidgeot's wing attack repeatedly causing effective damage
"Machoke use Karate chop" and Pidgeot was beaten by a karate chop but took very less damage . Ash immediately countered it with Quick attack but Jack was ready for this. He smirked" Machoke now hold Pidgeot when it approaches you and don't let it go" . Ash realized what blunder he had done and tried to stop pidgeot " Pidgeot nooo " but this time he was too late, pidgeot was struggling to get out of Machoke's hold but then Jack commanded "Machoke use Karatechop" This time the attack was much effective than the previous one. Pidgeot struggled to get up but was strong enough and once again got ready to battle with a loud roar.
"Ash I must say your pidgeot is trained very well, otherwise its not easy to withstand my Machoke's Karate chop " "Thanks Jack but now lets finish this" said ash as he thought ' I must do something to divert his attention before using a effective move wait I have a plan.' Just then he heard Jack command" use close combat" " Let it come near you and dodge "Pidgeot barely escaped the attack after hearing this " Now use sand attack" commanded ash seeking the right moment . Now that Machoke was indulged in the sand Ash immediately commanded "Now use double edge" Machoke screamed in pain as he got hit by the attack." Now finish this with wing attack" commanded ash "Machoke dodge and" but it was too late for jack as the attack hit Machoke he was seen with swirls in his eyes as the dust cleared.
Refree: Machoke can't battle and the match goes to Ash Ketchum from Pallet town.
(After the match both Jack and Ash recall their pokemon and walk to the centre of the baattlefield and shake hands)
Ash: That was a close battle Jack. I really enjoyed battling you
Jack: Thanks Ash .I really enjoyed my last battle in this gym
Ash: huh
Jack :Ash as I told you that I was assigned to look after the gym for some time and now the new gym leader is arriving my duty is over
Ash: Ok but now lets move to the pokemon centre and heal our pokemon
Jack :Yes lets go
