Levi x Eren

I think this is one of the most common and most weirdest ships with Levi. I generally don't have a problem with people making ships and viewing it as something that could be, but Eren?

He is a kid when they met. Why would Levi feel attracted to a kid? Why would Eren feel attracted to an older, imitating and asshole behaving (sorry, Levi) man?

I never understood that.

Again, I'm all for having fantasy and making creative stories, and if someone wants to write about Levi and Eren being lovers (Hopefully when Eren isn't underage) they can do that. But I personally just don't understand what people see.

We know that Levi has never been romantically interested in anyone and most likely has no experience with intimate relationships, so in canon, he wouldn't even want to be with someone during the the whole time.

In canon I can only ever see him with someone either after the war, or in the underground, if he were to have grown up with that person.

But Eren?

Levi is more like a father figure towards Eren. That's a good relationship, but lovers? No.

Levi x Mikasa

No. I don't see anything there. Like absolutely nothing.

Levi x Armin

I don't see it.

Armin is also underage for the most part of the Anime. And while I don't mind age gaps, it's a bit weird when one is over 30 and the other 15.

Levi x Petra

I hate that this ship exist, because Petra is a sweet and kind girl, who has gotten so much hate over the years just because of that. She is often portrayed as a bitch in fanfics, which she absolutely isn't.

I understand that she is only a character, but to think that some people actually think like that over a woman that isn't even romantically involved with the man that they like is just....no words.

Anyway

The ship itself is cute, albeit unrealistic to me, because while many say that there is something between them or could have been, I never saw that either.

To me, while reading the Manga or watching the Anime, it looked like she was just admiring him as a superior and friend, while Levi also saw her as only that – a comrade and close friend. Levi saw his squad as family.

Now, seeing as Petra was in fact a bit of a main focus, for example when we saw him only gazing at her after she died, or how we only saw him taking her patch and looking after her when she was thrown out of the wagon, I can see why people think that. 

But I don't think that meant much though. Maybe just Isayama playing with us or it's simply a coincidence.

Levi takes all of his comrades patches and keeps them put away in his office. Also, people always imply that he only took Petra's because she was special to him, but that wasn't even the original reason.

Not only because he takes all of them (Petra's was just the one shown) but also because he gave the patch to Dieter and said that it was the one from his friend (forgot the name), proving that the initial reason wasn't because he had special feelings for Petra, but because Levi is just sweet with his actions to everyone.

Does anyone think that he has secret feelings for Dieter because he did that? No. Why? Because it's not that deep. A man or a woman doing something nice for the opposite gender doesn't always have to mean that there is something.

Personally, I don't think Petra had a crush on him.

In my opinion, everyone is allowed to believe what they want, as it is all fictional, but I honestly believe that it was all just a very deep admiration that she had for him. A platonic love between comrades that fought together for so long.

Maybe, just maybe, there could have been something if she would have survived till the very end, but that isn't canon, so no, there was never anything.

All in all I think it's a nice ship though. But again, I myself am not a fan of shipping characters, especially when we know someone like Levi doesn't have interest nor time.

Levi x Hange

I love this ship.

It's great. Hange and Levi's relationship is and was always platonic to me. Nothing would have happened even after the war if she would have been alive.

The way she knows him better then most, the way he tells her about Kenny and his past in general, the way they are like parents towards the kids.....it's very sweet.

My favorite ship.

Levi x Erwin

To be honest if I had to choose which ship gets closest to canon, I would say this one. Yes, I said it.

It's probably the most liked ship between Levi and another character. The dedication Levi has for Erwin's wishes and orders is unbelievable deep. This man would do everything for Erwin. He has done everything for him.

I myself like this ship kinda.

Obviously, I don't have anything against homosexuality, but I prefer to read Levi x Reader stories were the reader is female, but despite that, yeah, Erwin x Levi is great in canon.

I don't read fanfics about them together, but looking at the canon story, I can definitely see what people like about this ship.

Again, I don't think there was anything between these two, but.......based on the fact that Levi was a criminal caught by a law follower, who he ended up hating to becoming best friends with until that law following big eyebrows Blondie died, truly seems like a cute love story.

Levi x Yelena

I once read a post where someone said that they could imagine that Levi and Yelena had angry, enemy sex at least once........

Just no. Levi wouldn't do it just like that with anyone. And especially not with Yelena during a war.
