"Baby, if we don't get up now we are going to be late" Travis said, gently brushing his hand over Taylor's cheek. There was truly nothing he loved more than getting to wake up beside her in the morning. There was just something so special to him about them getting to be the first face the other saw when they opened their eyes.
He began to run his hand up and down her arm in an attempt to wake her up.
"I'm still sleepy" Taylor replied weakly, burying her head further into Travis' bare chest.
Even though he wasn't exactly in the mood to get out of bed either today was supposed to be a very big step in their relationship and he couldn't wait.
After giving her a quick kiss on the forehead Travis began to slowly push her off of his chest, which resulted in a loud groan to leave Taylor's throat as she slowly opened her eyes.
"Can't we just stay here all day, please?" Travis wanted to give in. The way she was looking up at him with her best puppy dog eyes melted his heart and he had to admit staying in bed all day with Taylor sounded amazing.
"All day? Don't you think we'd get a little bored? What would we even do?" Truth be told, he knew what they could do all day but he didn't want Taylor to know that. A smirk slowly began to appear on Taylor's face as she sat up and wrapped her arms around Travis' neck. "I can think of a few things" she slyly replied while leaning in to capture his lips in a kiss. Just as the kiss began to get heated Travis pulled away, leaving them both out of breath.
"As much as I want to continue this, and believe me I do, we seriously need to get up right now if we want to be at the airport on time"
Taylor glared up at him, a small pout forming on her face. It was very clear to Travis that she was now desperate for him and boy did he love it.
"Fine, but we are finishing this later" She said as she finally stepped out of bed. Travis let out a low chuckle and quickly pulled her into him so that her back was pressed flat against his chest. He lowered his head down to her ear giving it a quick kiss before whispering, "sounds like a plan"
Taylor let out a breathy moan before Travis turned her around in his arms so that they were face to face. The mood quickly changed as soon as she noticed the serious expression that was written all over Travis' face.
"What's wrong?"
"Do you think she'll like me?" Travis asked his eyes not once moving from their spot on the floor. Taylor lifted her hand up to his face and lightly grazed over his cheek before stopping to cup his chin in the palm of her hand, forcing him to look her in the eye.
"Trav, she is going to be completely obsessed with you. I promise. There is no reason for her not to. I love you and so will she." Travis couldn't contain the smile that broke on his face as Taylor said those three little words that held such a big meaning.
"What? Did I say something wrong?" Taylor clearly didn't seem to realize that she let those words leave her mouth.
"Tay, you love me?"
Taylor's expression quickly turned to pure shock as she tried to explain herself.
"Omg I didn't mean- I mean I do but- I'm just- sorry I know it's soon- you probably don't feel"
Travis looked down at her with a giant grin on his face before silencing her loud rambling with a kiss. Taylor quickly shut up as his lips found hers. After a few seconds Travis pulled away, utter happiness still present on his face.
"I love you too." Taylor smiled gently but she didn't seem convinced.
"Trav, you don't have to say it just because I did. I won't be mad if you don't feel that way."
Travis shook his head
"I'm serious, Tay. I love the way you care so strongly about other people. I love the way you scrunch your nose when you are happy. I love how hard you work. I love how even when we are on opposite sides of the world you still find time to talk to me. I love that you always find the positive side of any situation. I love the way you cuddle into me like a koala and refuse to let go"
Taylor giggled, she really was like a koala when it came to Travis and cuddling.
"You really love me?" Taylor said, although this time she knew the answer.
"I love you so fucking much Tay. And I will spend the rest of my life proving it to you."
Taylor rushed back into Travis' arms, tears of joy spilling down her face. He held her as close to his body as humanly possible while peppering the top of her head with kisses.
"I love you. I love you. I love you." He repeated over and over. Taylor peered up at him tears still covering her cheeks. "I love you too, travvy. So so much"
Travis left one final kiss on Taylor's lips before pulling away. Taylor picked up her phone and glanced down at the time.
"Shit, we are supposed to be leaving right now." She said, running into the bathroom to brush her teeth as Travis picked up his phone to text security.
"Trav you need to hurry we are already running so late"
Travis put his phone back down on the bed before walking up behind Taylor and leaving a trail of kisses from her ear all the way down to her shoulder. "I'm not joking" Taylor said, doing her best to hold back a moan.
"I texted security, told them we were running late and we'd be down in an hour" Travis said before resuming kissing her neck.
"Mhmm Trav... but the pilot... and I told Selena we'd be there by 11" at this point Taylor was trying to reason more with herself than him.
"Security is handling it" he pulled away and slid his t-shirt over his head before resuming his previous position.
"Right now I want to spend time with the woman I love. Is that a problem darling?" Travis' hands were now running up Taylor's bare thighs getting closer to where she wanted him the most. Taylor let out a shaky breath
"N-no not a prob- problem at all."
Travis smirked, "I didn't think so"
