A Week Later... Home

Cheyenne's POV:
"Niall can you please get the last bag out of the car for me?" I asked giving him puppy eyes.
"Yes my love." He said walking out smiling.
I literally actually miss being home. Yeah I know it's only been a week but I miss my babies. I still can't stop thinking about that trip it's really coming soon and I'm still really nervous about it.
"Hey babe, you alright?" I all of a sudden hear. I must have been staring off into space.
"Uh yeah sorry, just thinking." I said and he smiles at me and wraps his arms around me.
"About what my love?" He asked putting his forehead on mine looking into me eyes with me staring back into his.
"The trip." I said and he held me close now.
"You don't have to worry about it babe, you will do great." He said then gave me a kiss on my forehead causing me to smile because I love when he does that. "Cheyenne you are just so confident and brave. I believe you can do it and i know you believe in yourself too. Don't you?" He asked still holding me tight.
"Yes, but what if something bad happens and you never know. Yeah I know they send people after a while but what if I don't see you and the kids again. I am terrified Niall, I love you so much. I never want to lose you or the children you guys are my life." I said and Niall pulled away looking into my eyes and I noticed he was crying then all of a sudden he kissed me. It wasn't the type of kiss that it was showing how much he loved me but it was the type of kiss that he shows he really doesn't want to lose me and that he really does care.
"I love you so much Cheyenne, I can't even explain to you anymore of how much I love you." He said and kissed me once again not breaking it in any way.
***4 hours later***
It's now 5pm and me, Niall and the children are watching a movie on tv. I am starting to get a little hungry so I go into the kitchen to make something to eat for dinner and all of a sudden I hear like a screeching type of noise I don't know where it's coming from tho. It has been going on for a couple minutes. I open the blinds to the back door and see a dark figure of like a animal so I turn the light on and seen a puppy with no collar or tags. I open the door to let it in because it must be terrified it's raining hard out there. It didn't move just shivering so I coo at it and it looks at me still shivering. I open the door more and go out to it pet it for a little then picked it up and seen it was a girl so I held her in my arms taking her inside. Once we were inside I closed the door and went over to a wall sat down leaning my back against it and was petting her trying to calm her down. The dog is so cute, it's a beagle and has three colors black, brown and white. It's pals are black I find it so cute. After the puppy calmed down and fell asleep I grabbed my phone and texted Niall so I wouldn't wake her up yelling to come here. After like a minute Niall walks in and his eyes widen.
"Where did this puppy come from?" He asked whispering.
"I honestly don't know, she was scratching at the back door and I couldn't just leave her out there Niall she was shaking so much and she still is a little." I said motioning his hand to feel that she is and he did and his face softened. "Do you think we can keep her?" I asked and he looked at me then the puppy back to me.
"Cheyenne do you really think we need another member in the house?" He said calmly and I got upset by that so I started petting the puppy again ignoring his question. "Cheyenne?" He said again.
"Yes just one more and the kids might love it. Come on Niall please?" I beg and he looks at me debating.
"Fine but here is the deal we can only keep it if you train her." He said and I shook my head.
"I will train her." I said.
"Ok then we will keep her and what is her name?" He asked.
"Hmmmm, how about princess." I said.
"Perfect." He said and kissed me on my cheek.
"Hey Niall I was making dinner do you maybe think you could possibly take princess and lay her on the couch with you? Make sure the kids don't wake her up please." I said and he shook his head yes and grabbed her and took her with him.
After I got done announcing dinner was ready I checked on the puppy and she is still sleeping away. I go to the table seeing the kids and Niall shoving food in their mouths.
"Are you going to save any for me?" I asked and they all laughed and then we all ate.
After eating and Niall was cleaning up I checked on her again and she is still passed out.
"Hey Niall." I said as I walk back into the kitchen.
"Yes my love." He said causing me to smile.
"Can you go grab some puppy chow and some pet bowels?" I asked.
"Yeah after I'm done cleaning up I will." He said smiling.
"Thank you." I said and went to him and hugged him tightly.
"Anything for you my love." He said then kissed my lips softly.
"Ewe, mommy and daddy are kissing. Blah!!!" Isabella yelled to Emily and they both laughed along with me and Niall.
***4 Hours Later***
So Princess finally woke up like two hours ago and the kids went to bed which I was about ready to do cuz I am exhausted from the trip back home. The puppy was on the couch and she came to me and laid on my lap falling back asleep and I was starting to doze off. All of a sudden I heard Niall trying to wake me up.
"Cheyenne, sweetheart wake up." Niall kept saying.
"Mm leave me alone." I mumbled and I could tell he was giving me a look so then he started tickling me causing the puppy to jump off me and bark at him with me dying of laughter.
"Are you up now my love?" He asked then kissed my lips softly.
"Mhm. Maybe one more kiss will get me completely up." I said smiling.
"But we are only heading up to bed I don't want you completely up." He said with a small laugh.
"Fine but I do want one more kiss." I said and grabbed his shirt pulling him overtop of me and he kissed me passionately having his hand on my waist slowly moving his hand up my shirt causing me to laugh cause it tickled for some reason probably cause I'm half asleep still. He places his hand back to my waist still kissing me and he started to kiss my neck causing me to bite my bottom lip and he smirked and stopped.
"Happy?" He asked smiling over me.
"Not that you are trying to tease me when I am half asleep. " I said and he got off me and lifted me up and I grabbed the puppy and we went upstairs to bed the puppy was at the foot of the bed while me and Niall cuddled and soon fell asleep.
