Hey there! These past three days there's been a certain character who literally dragged me out of artblock. So... Recently, the hype for Poppy Playtime chapter 3 has been increasing, and Mob Entertainment has released some stuff. I didn't find out about it until like- Last week I guess? It was all because a video called "Catnap Recall VHS" landed on my Youtube home page. And there was a character who almost immediately caught my eye.
This is DogDay.

I know he didn't have much relevance, but his presence in the VHS was somehow comforting, since his only dialogue showed that he was an optimistic, bright, and caring little fellow.

Like I said, I've been drawing him for the past three days. And it has been fun. Not only did he scare art block away from me, but also forced me to step out of my comfort zone a bit, since I wanted the drawings to be as accurate to the VHS ones as possible, while still not losing my art style.
The drawing from the first day was quite simple. It's just DogDay sitting down, with a vanilla flower on the background.
