Peri hums as he looks around confused seeing...Rosiepuff's pod yet it wasn't abandoned like how it was now. Slowly he walks as he passes by a mirror he looks horrified seeing his younger self shakily touching the mirror he hears the arguing and fighting of that fateful night as he watches from the door way Peri shakily gasps for air tears falling as he closes his eyes he flinches hearing singing. "Huh?" he looks to his side heart caught in his throat seeing a child Branch singing loud and proud slowly freezing as he looks up remembering this day. Soon he was freefalling hearing Branch scream out for his grandma as she was screaming in horror. Soon everything turned black as he could opens his eyes he slowly looks around seeing people of his past yet...different as they say "Your fault" over and over Peri feels himself unable to breath tears falling as he screams at the top of his lungs.
Peri sits up quickly struggling to breathe sobbing softly as he grips his ears shaking. "...ove....lo...e....Pe..i....eri....PERI!!" Peri soon jolts out of it shaking as he sees Floyd holding him close mumbling breathing tricks "It's okay....just a bad dream....we are here..." Peri shakes as he whimpers tears falling "Just....some bad dreams...I'm...okay..." Floyd soon pulls away gently holding Peri's face humming softly "Do you want to talk about it?" Peri sighs leaning into Floyd's touch eyes closing "I just...memories from the past coming to haunt me...It's nothing...." He mumbles softly as Floyd frowns worried but didn't push the subject "Okay...if it gets to bad...I'm just gonna ask...okay? I just want to make you happy..." Peri smiles at Floyd leaning to him happily as he kisses his cheek "Thank you dear...Last...I remember I was making dinner-..." Floyd nods as he hums "You were...after you got everyone in the dinning room to eat...then you sat down on the couch you clocked out...we all saw that so we saved some food for you and I brought you to this room...heh" Peri nods as he lays back down slowly as he sighs "I'm not really hungry...Um...Floyd?" he hums as Peri speaks his ears twitching "Yes Peri?" He takes a deep breath his back to Floyd as he fiddles with his hair "Is...everything my fault?....Rosiepuff's...death...brozone splitting...Branch's colors fading?" Floyd looks shocked immediately hugging Peri kissing him "Shut your mouth...nothing is your fault darling...I've always said...things happen for a reason...if none of this happened...we all wouldn't be here to this day together...." he says gently cradling Peri close. He nods slowly smiling as his eyes start closing again breathing slowly as speaks up "Thank you Floyd...I'm so lucky...to have you...and your brothers...I...love you...." with that Peri falls back asleep as Floyd smiles "I love you too sweetberry...." he soon looks up seeing Branch and his older brothers at the doorway worriedly looking in as he whispers to them "They are okay....just...a bad dream...." Branch soon takes a deep breath walking in as he joins the two frowning "This....always helped with nightmares..." Floyd smiles softly as Clay hums "If you guys need anything just call out...he's like a brother now with how close you two are to each other!" Floyd nods as the older ones walk off as Peri and Branch sleep softly slowly Floyd joins the two in the world of slumber.
