Izuku shimura formerly yagi and his girlfriends had decided to head over to the town of kuoh on a mission to investigate kuoh academy as it's known as one of the most Prestigious hero schools in Japan even rivaling u.a high school but however unknown to the central public. It's secretly one of the worst hero schools ever in Japan as they discriminate kids with mutant type quirks, villainous type quirks weak quirks and especially discriminates the quirkless kids something that made izuku extremely angry and disgusted.
