Yuna wasn't stupid; she knew exactly what the two lovers were plotting. As she had told Seungmin, she wouldn't hesitate to reveal everything to the king; she just needed some evidence. Despite numerous attempts to make Seungmin confess when they were alone, she was unsuccessful.
For Hyeongjun, those 10 days were hell. Even with Yuna, Seungmin couldn't stop thinking about the other guy—his sweet lips tasting of strawberry cocoa butter, or his bunny teeth showing when he smiled. Hyeongjun felt lonely without his beloved, spending all 10 days on the garden bench where they first talked, waiting for the older one's return.
When the newlyweds returned to the castle, Yuna questioned Seungmin about his happiness to be home. Despite being in a paradise-like vacation spot, Seungmin claimed a strong connection to home, contradicting his true feelings of resentment toward castle life. Yuna didn't stop the lovers, preparing her own plan while they devised their escape.
Yuna, having fallen for Seungmin, grew to hate the brother who took away her love. Hyeongjun was unaware of Yuna's feelings and the disagreement between them before the marriage.
Yuna's plan was straightforward—gathered evidence, including Hyeongjun's drawings, love letters, and his secret diary. She intended to expose the truth during a significant kingdom event, addressing the betrayal since she and Seungmin were to be the next rulers. Unbeknownst to her, the two would escape during the event to blend into the crowd.
As the grand event approached, excitement filled the air. The people anticipated the celebration, Yuna looked forward to revealing the truth, and Seungmin and Hyeongjun planned their escape. However, tension grew at the castle between Yuna and Hyeongjun, who sensed his sister's feelings for Seungmin. Despite attempts to discuss it, Yuna denied everything, as did Seungmin.
Seungmin and Hyeongjun decided not to spend the evening together before the escape. Both went to sleep. Hyeongjun had a very bad feeling, and with a pounding heart and trembling legs, he went to Seungmin, who was half-awake. Yuna was taking a shower, so she wasn't in the room, which was a good thing. Hyeongjun gently shook Seungmin, whispering his name several times, and the boy complained.
"I think it's better to escape now," whispered Hyeongjun as he continued to shake the other, who immediately opened his eyes.
"Why do you think that?" he replied sleepily.
"It's night; it will be much easier to leave the castle," Hyeongjun didn't share his bad feeling with Seungmin. The boy, who was lying on the bed, suddenly sat up, looked at the smaller one, and said, "Okay, go get what we need." Hyeongjun smiled at him, and even though his premonition hadn't disappeared, he thought it was just the anxiety of the escape and the fear of potential consequences. Seungmin returned the boy's sweet smile and left a light kiss on his lips.
Unfortunately, Hyeongjun's premonitions were correct because Yuna had overheard everything. She waited for the boys to leave, then came out, dressed, and headed to the king with all the evidence. There had been a change of plan, but that didn't stop the girl from exposing the two lovers.
