Y/N's POV

Saturday (AKA Concert Day!)

My alarm goes off at 7 a.m blasting Paramore's "Misery Business" throughout my room. I get up and head to the bathroom to freshen up. As I'm brushing my teeth, I hear my phone buzz from its spot on my nightstand. I finish brushing & go to retrieve my phone. It's a message from Mina reminding me of the concert and that she would be here in about half an hour to pick me up for our jammed packed girl's day. I set my phone down and get dressed, putting on my f/o (favorite outfit) and pulling my hair into a ponytail (or any hairstyle you want). I look at myself in the mirror and smile. Today was the day that I actually get to meet my celebrity crush of the last 3 years. I head downstairs and text Mina that I'm ready and will meet her outside. Mina had planned out the whole day for us. Get breakfast together, go to the mall for a few hours, get lunch, then come back to my place to get ready before going to the concert. I double checked to make sure the concert tickets were in my purse. I had picked them up yesterday after the whole "Red Riot knows about my Youtube channel" fiasco. After a few minutes of waiting on my front porch, Mina finally shows up. "Get in loser, we're going shopping!" Mina says, an enormous grin on her face. "Yeah yeah, whatever. I'm coming Pinky." I say with a smile, getting into her car. We then head out to get our favorite breakfast, doughnuts of course! Then we start heading towards the mall, eating doughnuts and singing every song off the Red Riot CD Mina had put in. Although this was after the two of us had performed a very "passionate" version of YUZUYA's song "Bad Guy." After about an hour in the car, we finally arrived at the mall. "We're here!!!" Mina says as we pull into the parking lot. "Now let's go N/N! I'm gonna get you the PERFECT outfit!!!" I sigh and roll my eyes at her excitement, but I smile anyway. "Yeah but there's just one thing Mina..." She looks at me, confused. "What do you mean Y/N?" I smirk. "Well if you get to pick out an outfit for me, you have to go into Hot Topic with me AND buy lunch. Deal?" Mina whines a little. "Do I have to?" "If you still want to pick out my outfit for the concert tonight then yes. Yes, you do." Mina's shoulders slump a little. "Ugh, fine..." I hug her. "Love ya bestie. Now come on! Stop moping like you're back in that sophomore slump & let's go! Today is gonna be amazing!" I say with a smile. She smiles back & rolls her eyes. "Yeah I know, I'm awesome. But anyways, did you just quote Fall Out Boy on me?" I giggle. "Maybe..." We both laugh as we walk into the mall.

After what seemed like countless hours of nothing but shopping and trying on outfits, Mina finally decided on one for me. From there we hit Hot Topic and I bought a few things for myself.  It was about 11:30-ish when we finally made it to the food court for lunch. We decided on ramen and boba tea. "SO Y/N, when are you going to let me read that song journal of yours?" Mina says taking a sip of her bubble tea. I almost choked on my bite of ramen. "What?" I ask. "Ya know, that journal of yours that you're alwawys writing songs in? When are ya gonna let me read it?" I sigh. "Probably not anytime soon. I don't even have a full song written." Mina just looks at me. She is the only person (besides Sero) that knows about my song writing journal. "Have you written anymore lately?" I shake my head. "Only a little. It's just nothing has given me that spark of inspiration to actually write something." It's my dream to be a professional songwriter and hopefully a singer one day. It's just that I get shy REALLY easily and it's hard for me to share my songs with people. Not even Mina OR Sero has ever read my song journal. "You know, you should share it with people. Sharing your songs might help, who knows? Someone might love it!" Mina says. I shake my head. "You know how my anxiety is. I don't know..." Mina scoffs. "Girl please, you literally have a Youtube channel, with lots of subscribers mind you, that love the videos of you doing song covers. But you can't share your own songs?" "That's different Mina. Doing another person's song is one thing but doing one of my own? That's like showing the world a part of me that I don't know if I'm ready to share yet." I say, taking another bite of ramen." Mina dropped the subject after that and we chatted, and gossiped (just a little!), about our lives and the drama. As we continued to eat and chat, a guy with blonde hair walks over to us. "Hey ladies. What's a couple of cuties like you doing by yourselves?"He says, sliding into the seat beside Mina. Mina giggles. "Eating lunch and talking girl talk." I say, sipping on my bubble tea. "Well, nice to meet you. I'm Denki. Denki Kaminari." I smile. "Nice to meet you too Denki. I'm Y/N and this is Mina." I say, gesturing to her. Denki stares at me for a minute. "Y/N? Like Y/N of the Youtube channel, LunarRiot?" I nod. "Yep, that's me." Denki grins. "I LOVE your videos. Especially that one video of you playing "The Smile Room" in VRchat." I groan. "I love that game but damn it, that video was embarrassing!" I shake my head. "I even knew the clown was coming but I still got fucking jumpscared!" Mina and Denki started laughing. I groan again. "Stop it! That wasn't funny!" They continue to laugh at my expense, and we sat there for a while, just chatting. I look at my phone and notice it's almost 1. "Hey Mina, it's almost 1. Don't we have a concert to get ready for?" Denki's face lights up when I say that. "Wait, are you going to the Red Riot concert tonight?" Mina nods, excitedly. "Yep! Y/N here won tickets!" Denki looks at me excitedly. "I'm going too! Maybe I'll see you guys there!" Mina and I exchange numbers with Denki before saying our goodbyes and heading to my house to get ready.
