I flinch when I'm woken up to my brunette bestfreind frantically shaking me awake, her hands are shaking and she looks nervous.

"What??" I ask quietly but urgently.

"Something is seriously wrong with this place!" She whispers, "a girl in all white ran up to me screaming, her arms had blood on them like she had tore an IV out and Elena took her into a room and she went dead silent." She tells me, my eyes widen, I can only think of one person who would know how to explain it. Zion.

I sit up and put my shoes on, not explaining anything to Alara as I take her hand and drag her with me. Zion is in the hospital facility that they have here.

We get to Zions door and Alara and I rush in without knocking.

"Zion! We need your help, this place is sketchy, a girl was covered in blood and dragged away by Elena, do you know whats going on?" I ask, my heart drops at her response.

"....Who are you?" She asks.

Alara's face fills with shock, my eyes land on Zion's arm, its bleeding, she recently had a needle in it. I cautiously step back, taking Alara's hand.

I watch Zion press a button and her whole room lights up red, my grip on Alara's hand tightens as we run out of the room. I let go of her so she can run easier.

We burst into Liams room which he shared with James.

"We gotta go!" I yell at them, Liam and James both wake up confused but they don't ask questions. The instantly start getting dressed.

I see James shirtless and my heart skip a beat. No, no! This is not the time for that. He has abs tho...no! Focus Hazel!

We run out of the room and bump into someone. Zade.

His eyes slice to Alara, "What's going on?" He asks all of us but also never taking his eyes off of Alara.

"Nothing." James tells him, Liam grabs my wrist and we start moving again, this time we're walking but speed walking.

Alara walks past Zade without looking him in the eyes, before she can get completely past him, his arm snakes around her waist, effectively halting her motion.

I watch as her cheeks flush and her skin ignites. She likes him. She looks up at him and her eyes shift to his lips, his eyes shift to hers.

"Look, Zade I hate to break it to you but we really gotta go." I tell him as I grab her wrist and drag her along. She lets out a breath that I'm sure she was holding in when he was touching her.

We get to a door and when we run through it we find tunnels that lead to the top of a water fall, how the hell did they manage that?

We stand at the waterfall as gaurds rush out, without warning, James takes my wrist and jumps, dragging me with him.

I'm overwhelmed by water splashing over my head and pulling me underwater. I can't breathe, I can't think. The world is spinning and I'm doing the one think you're not supposed to do when you're drowning. I'm panicking. I'm so scared its unreal.

I get to the top of the water and get a breath before I'm dragged back down by the current from the waterfall.

Something moves around my wrist making me panic even more. I try and pull away from it but it effortlessly drags me along.

In seconds, my head is above the water and I'm on land, coughing. I'm on my knees trying to catch my breath. I look over and see James laying on his back steadying his breathing.

My breathing moves in motion with his and I start to calm down. The calm instantly washes away when I remember Liam and Alara are up there.

I look up and see someone falling down. They swim to shore and I see that its Liam. I stand up and walk over to him. "Where's Alara?" I ask urgently.

He looks up at me with a look that makes my heart drop. "Liam...where is she."

"They got her." He says hesitantly.

"What? Then we have to go get her!" I yell, as I try and run back to the doors, with tears falling down my face Liam grabs my waist and pulls me to him. I try and squirm out of his grip but I can't.

"Liam, let me GO!" I yell, kicking and screaming.

"Liam, let her go!" James says as he sits up from his laying position. "We have to help Alara." He says as he starts walking towards the doors.

"James, you jumped before you could see, there are hundreds of guards, we can't help her if we get caught too. We need a plan." Liam says, I eventually give up on getting out of his grip.

He lets go of me and I fall to the floor, crying. I blink the tears out of my eyes when I hear a door swing open. It's the gaurds.

Liam grabs my wrist and starts dragging me to run with them. We eventually make it to Zion's diner. It's closed, when we open the door and walk in anyways, we see that the damages from the car are still there.

Zion not remembering us comes back into my mind, then I remember when we first met, she said that ODE could Hijack people. Brianwash them.

My breathing increases as everything falls into place. "It's ODE." I tell James and Liam, they look at me with a puzzled expression.

"What do you mean?" James asks.

"When we first met Zion here she said that ODE could Hijack people, basically brainwash them." Before I can continue Liam interrupts.

"Like The Hunger Games?" He asks seemingly unsure.

"Yes, like The Hunger Games." I tell him, the annoyance in my voice is quite clear. "Anyways, when Alara and I went to ask Zion something, she had no idea who we were."

"She's been Hijacked." James states, my gaze shifts to him and I nod. "And if they Hijack Alara we're screwed because she is too good at...well everything."

If we don't get Alara back, ODE wins. Elena wins.
