Her name was Lucy. I met het while trying to order a drink at a cafe she worked at and instantly fell for her. she had long black hair and clear brown eyes that made my heart skip a beat every time I peered into them...
after a few days I asked her out for the first time, she waa reluctant at first, but still aggred to it, we went to a movie and after went to a walk in the park, we started talking about silly thing and our past, but after a moment of silence she confesed to me that she had a baby, and that she was worried it was going to drive me away, I quickly told her that that wasnt an issue, that I was good with kids.
After a month of going out, we started to get serious. I still hadnt meet her child, nor did I even knew his name, all I knew was that she had a baby and that her twin sister was taking care of it, I didnt mind, but it was strange that I havent seen her with the baby.
a few weeks later, she asked me to give her a ride to her house, apparently the bus was delayed and she didnt want to wait anymore, obviously I said yes, and after stoping at her place, she asked if I wanted to come in, finally I was going to meet her kid, I was so happy that we had gotten to the point that she was accepting me into her familly, but, I quickly regreted it, thanks to... "That" sight...
Everything seemed wrong, the house was unkept from the outside, and once she opened the door, this putrid stench came out of the house, making my stomach turn. She didnt seem to mind it though as she walked inside the house and dissapeared.
I reluctantly entered. I called out to her and she responded, saying that she was in the room at the end of the hall. I regret going to that room so much, because inside it was a pool of dried up blood, and a woman laying on the floor, dead, with her stomach cut open, and whats worse, that woman looked exactly like lucy.
I was horrofied, trying to make sense of everything, I wanted to run but my legs would move. And from the corner of the room I heard humming, It was lucy, facing her back to me, rocking her arms back and forth, I assumed it was the baby, I was scared, but I still called to her, and... and... If only you could have seen what I saw....
She turned around... and in her arms... was a putrified, dried up placenta... I almost threw up! but the worst part is that... She was smiling... She was a mother to that...Thing! and... even though I want to forget, I love her. So now, till this day... against all my fears and common sense, im acting like a father.... next to my loving wife...
