As he finished reading the letter Hatchi grabbed him desperately and whispered into Taikos ear gripping him in a tighter embrace wiping her tears on his sleeve to all who would pass by in a seemingly loving embrace but one that both knew was born of heartbreak and desperation in an impossible situation and Taiko held her just as close as she stuttered her way through softly hurried words barely heard between half sobs.
