"Yep" said Ruby as she pulled out a flask filled with Whiskey and took a sip

"She got that from you" said Tai

"I know" said Qrow looking down

"Hm?" said Willow now interested and staring at Qrow as a fellow drunkard

"No..." said Winter staring at one before looking at the other

"What is it Schnee?" asked Ironwood

"Nothing sir" said Winter

"Captain's briefing us in a bit hurry up"

"I'll be there" said Ruby as she got up from a chair before grabbing pack of cigars

"Smoking to?" said Tai

"I haven't seen those types of cigars at all" said Whitley as everyone turned to him

"What, I do stock research, and I go to meetings with the elite" explained Whitley

"Alright, so the Charlie has been on the offensive lately and command tells us an attack is imminent I don't know when they'll attack but-" said the Captain as an mortar strike hits the ground

"VC INCOMING!" yelled out a sentry as everyone quickly grabbed there guns

"Shit shit shit shit SHIT!" yelled out Ruby as she got into position

"CHARLIE ALL AROUND US AND THERE HEADING UP!" yelled out a soldier

"Who is Charlie?" ask Saphron

"Well I would presume it's a slag given to the enemy by troops" said Ironwood

Ruby was seen giving a quick burst of fire to a VC than quickly switching to another, than another before she had to reload than witnessing a soldier next to her get shot in the head

"Come on come on" said Ruby as she pulled out the now empty mag than sliding in a new one before hitting the mag upwards pulling here charging handle than letting it snap back into place before rejoining the fight

"chết!" yelled out a VC as he charged Ruby who pointed the gun at the VC only for the gun to jam

"SHIT" yelled out Ruby as she tried to unjam her M16 before being stabbed by a bayonet in the guts before unjamming and unloading into the VC causing him to do die

"NO!" yelled out Tai

"It's just a recording man calm down" comforted Qrow

"Dude I just saw my own daughter die!" said Tai

"F-Fuck" said Ruby while holding her wound as she fell on her ass while using a sandbag to rest her back only to look around and realize they've been overran as more VC came over the barriers as her teammates retreated

"This is Lieutenant Ruby Rose, requesting napalm strike on my position over" said Ruby into a radio attached to a dead soldier next to her

Meanwhile with team RWBY

"Ok the village is just up ahead, now the village hasn't been sending back any messages or anything, we believe it's either destroyed or it's support tower has been downed, our objective is to check out the village and than make sure the village's support tower isn't down" said Glynda as she was behind the 4 girls as they were in a fanout position "Now remember I'm only here for supervision, I will only intervene if the situation is to hard for you to manage"

"Got it" said Ruby

"Is that fire?" said Blake
