The next day come by fast, you found out that Samekichi had tried to let your sister know how he cares about her, but she didn't quite understand. You couldn't help but wonder just how she couldn't see his feelings, but that was for another time. Today you were in town, R.J was told to stay home because you had told him"I can take care of myself" before telling him to stay home, you were just going to a shop then hang out within the star sea for a bit.
You had gotten a small snack (your choice of sweets) before making you way to the chosen area, it was a rather peaceful evening but you felt off. You had a bad feeling about today but you wouldn't let that get in your way of your plans. After some time it started to feel as though you were being watched...alright maybe it would be best if you head home- "Hey (Name), do you have a second? It's really important. " Sal had popped up out of nowhere, making you jump slightly. "U-um sure, what do you need?" The salmon shark frowned. "It's about the sword, Tatsumiya says it was stolen!"
Your (e/c) widened at the news. "What...? Just how-does she know who took it?" "She sent me to get you, she didn't tell me anything else other than to make sure you get to the location fast, so hop on and hold on tight. " You hesitated before doing so, you didn't want to trust him, but what if he wasn't lying? In no time you were at the entrance of the place were the sword was hidden, you didn't question how he knew where it was, but he did work for the princess. You wasted no time in opening the barrier so that you could get in.
Unfortunately you didn't notice the shark follow you.
"She isn't here..." You muttered before narrowing your eyes, as you turned around you saw Sal come in. "I thought that would have been a lot harder than this, thanks for getting me in here (Name).~" He said before he changed his appearance. Looking almost exactly like Samekichi, his face holding a smirk and his eyes giving off a malicious and predatory glint. "If you think you'll get it without a fight then you have another thing coming. " You said with a sneer while he just laughed.
"Now (Name), no need to be so hostile.~ After all, I'm just doing what's best for the sea." He said happily as he advanced towards you slowly. "So all this time..." "Yep, I'm an ambassador of the sea of death.~" You mentally cursed yourself for making R.J stay home today. You had no clue as to how strong this guy is, but you wouldn't run.
He started laughing before taking a few more steps closer to you, making you take one back. "Now (Name) don't run, I thought we could play for a bit.~" Your eye twitched before you took a deep breath and stood your ground. Before you knew it he lunged at you, you narrowly missed it, only to get a small cut on your arm.
You called forth your magic to freeze some of the watter around you to create spikes before sending them at him. Each one he dodged while getting closer to you. "Gotta be faster than that dear!~" With a grunt you sent a rather large one at him while he was busy dodging another, hitting him in the face and giving you enough time to get some distance between the two of you. He snarled at you before smirking, the next thing you knew he held you by your wrists.
"Got you.~" He whispered in your ear before laughing. "Let go!" You yelled while trying to break free of his grip "But I don't want to." His face was mere meters from yours. "You know (Name)...I really do love you, I'm sure that if you just hear me out, you'll understand. " His grip only tightened as you struggled. "Stop squirming before I break your legs, at least that way you wouldn't be able able to run away.~" You glared at him defiantly before stopping, you knew that he would do it and quite honestly you rather not go through that pain. "Don't you wonder if the sea is the way it should be? That maybe it isn't supposed to be like how it is now?" He tilted his head to the side. "I am just trying to make it as it should be, by bringing back the true ruler."
"You do know that none of this matter to me, right?" You stated boredom shown clearly. "In the end something will get in your way." He merely chuckled while shaking his head."That's why I have you my dear! You are not only beautiful but also smart, you would make such a lovely addition to the red sea. And I'm sure that the princess will welcome you with open arms!" He smirked. "And that way, we could be happy together within a perfect world.~" He said against your ear, this guy was just plan creeping you out right now. "But here's the thing, I don't want to be with you." You sneered while moving your face away from his as much as you could.
"Is there someone else?" You remained quiet. "It's that fucking dolphin isn't it? Or is it that stupid counterpart of mine? Tell me who it is." He demanded. "It's the simple fact that I. Don't. Like. You. You. Piece. Of. Shit." You practically growled at him. "Hahaha...hahahahah, oh not for long.~ I'll just make you see the truth." His tone got darker, but before he could attempt anything someone just so happened to show up.
"Let her go." There stood Samekichi, looking ready to kill the shark that held you in place. "Ah ah ah." He held your neck within his grasp. "After all, it would be such a shame if we just so happened to loose our precious little (Name).~" He chuckled while the other shark grunted. "..." Samekichi looked ready to kill the other, but didn't want to chance your life being lost. "Now be a good boy, and I'll let the both of you live.~"
With his grip still on you he made his way to the sword. "I hope that some day you'll see things my way (Name)." Was the last thing you heard before everything went black.
