Sha as single mom

In mid night !

Shamita was in her room. She just fed raqsh and was making him sleep when she received a call. She coulnt recieve as her phone was on silent mode so she missed that call.

But after some time when she turned her face, she saw a missed-call on her phone. She got confused , she slowly sat on bed halfway, took her phone in hands and saw the name 'RAQESH' flashes on screen. Her heart sinked when she read his name.

She looked around at her born baby boy who was sleeping peacefully. A smile automatically comes on her face. She understands that raqesh is now a father and he must have called to see his son, or maybe to know about him.

She then called back raqesh...and raqesh (who didn't slept) immediately picked up the call.

Raqesh - Hi ...shamita.....

There was silence for some time as they didn't speak in last 8 months...and were listening each other's voice after a long time.

Shamita : H...hi....

Raqesh - ...H how are you ....?

Shamita - I am better now....

Raqesh - Still in the hospital ?

Shamita - Hmmm....

(Raqesh got to know about the birth of his child one month later, when shamita posted a picture of him. He doesnt know that raqsh was born earlier, all this while he think that his son is just born. While there is reason that shamita posted the pic one month later and not when he was actually born. There is a reaosn she doesnt want raqesh to know about raqsh's birth.)

So she lied to him that she is at hospital.

(He was not able to speak and there was an awkward silence )

Shamita - Raqesh.....are you there....?

Raqesh - C...can...can I....can I see him once....?

Shamita smiled. She knew he has called to see him only but was hesitating to even ask.

Shamita - Ya...ya of course...he is sleeping right here....wait I will show you...

Shamita switch on the video camera and now they were on video call.

The moment shamita turned the camera to the baby's face, raqesh's heart melted. He immediately had tears is his eyes. He kept a hand on his heart as he can't touch his baby , but his one glimpse itself was enough for him to feel all the emotions at the same time.

Shamita could see the tears in his eyes through the camera. She is watching him cry and it made her emotional too.

He then blowed a flying kiss from camera.....'My baby'

That moment was pure bliss for all three of them. That little one didnt even know how he is bringing his parents closer , who have not even talked to each other in a long time are now on a video call each at 3 pm in night.

Shamita may have separated from raqesh and she may still hold grudges against him, but....
She knows that he is a good father and he loves his baby alot. She will never want to deprive him of this father-son bond with his child.

Shamita : Do you know raqesh, he got your dimples...and he looks so cute when he smiles....
(she was telling him everything with pride and smile on her face)

Raqesh was amazed to hear that, words fall short for him to explain how he was feeling right now. He has a 'mini version of him' who is already giving him competition in good looks.

Raqesh (with smile) - He is really cute na and I am sure he is gonna be so handsome in future. He will be charmer just like me.

he said and shamita gave him a look!
