SUMMER'S DREAM: ICT TEACHER
Once upon a time, in a little town, there lived a 9-year-old girl named Summer. She had big dreams and even bigger glasses that made her look like the smartest girl in her class. Summer loved playing with computers and gadgets, and she was always the first to figure out how to fix things when they went wrong.
One sunny day, Summer sat in her room, surrounded by her collection of old computers and wires. She decided she wanted to be an ICT (Information and Communication Technology) teacher when she grew up. She believed that teaching others about computers and technology was her destiny.
Summer started her journey by reading books and watching YouTube videos about coding and computer stuff. She had a notebook where she wrote down all the cool things she learned. But it wasn't all smooth sailing.
At school, some kids laughed at Summer for wanting to be a teacher. They said it was boring and that computers were for nerds. Summer felt sad, but she didn't give up. She knew that being an ICT teacher was what she wanted.
Summer faced many challenges along the way. Sometimes, the things she was learning were really hard to understand. She felt like giving up, but her dad, Scott, who was really good with computers, always encouraged her. He said, "Summer, you can do anything if you put your mind to it. Don't let anyone stop you."
With her dad's support, Summer kept working hard. She practiced coding every day and learned to fix all kinds of computer problems. She even started helping her friends with their computer issues at school. Slowly, people began to notice how good she was with computers.
One day, her school announced a computer club, and they needed a student to help teach other kids. Summer was thrilled! She volunteered to be the computer club's teacher. She spent countless hours preparing lessons and making them fun and interesting.
When the day of her first computer club class came, Summer was nervous but excited. She stood in front of her friends and started teaching. It felt amazing! She saw the spark in her friends' eyes as they learned new things.
As the years passed, Summer continued to improve her computer skills and became known as the tech guru in her town. Her dream of being an ICT teacher was slowly coming true. She even helped her teachers with their computer problems.
Finally, when Summer finished school, she pursued her dream. She went to college and got her degree in computer science and education. She became a real ICT teacher, just like she had always wanted.
Summer didn't forget the ups and downs she faced along the way. She knew that it was her determination and the support of her family and friends, especially her dad, Scott, that made her dream come true. She always told her students, "If a little girl like me can become an ICT teacher, you can achieve your dreams too!"
And so, little Summer, with her big glasses and an even bigger heart, inspired many children to follow their dreams and taught them that with hard work and determination, they could achieve anything they set their minds to.
