A Christmas Story

*before we get into the story let me tell you the characters names of the story Clawdeen tells

Vicious (Toralei) is the Were-cat who hated the holiday but gets greeted by 3 ghosts and changes her mood

Hope (Clawdeen) is Vicious's assistant who gets in trouble for wanting to go home for the holidays

Dolph (Clawd) is Hope's brother who visits her at work only to be kicked out

Kelby (Lagoona) was Vicious's old business partner who passed away from a sickness but visits Vicious to teach her a lesson

 Divius (Deuce) is the ghost of Christmas past, he reminds Vicious of who she used to be

Mary (Spectra) is the ghost of Christmas Present who tells Vicious how her life is now

Amber (Draculaura) is the ghost of Christmas Future, she shows Vicious what her future will look like if she doesn't change*

Clawdeen was showing her friends pictures of Santa Claus

Frankie: so your saying a fat man breaks into people's houses and eat their cookies and milk and leave toys?

Clawdeen: when you say it like that you make Santa seem a bit scary, he does it to make kids happy

Draculaura: human holidays are so fun! especially this... Christ...mas?

Clawdeen: Christmas, and yeah it really is fun!

Clawd: next your going to tell us that on a night somebody gives you free candy

Clawdeen: bro, that's Halloween

Clawd: oh

Toralei just groans and rolls her eyes

Toralei: what's Christmas even about? it doesn't seem that important, all they see to care about is the toys they get

Clawdeen: Christmas isn't about presents, a Christmas tree, decorating or Cookies. it's about being with Family and Friends, that's why I love it, besides I'm way too old for Santa Claus

Toralei: still all Monster holidays has a backstory, does Christmas?

Clawdeen: of course, dad told me it so many times I have it memorized

Toralei: then tell it

Dracualura: Yeah!

Frankie: Please?

Clawdeen: all right, all right, gather around boos

they all sat next to Clawdeen

Clawdeen: this is the story of when Monsters and Humans celebrated the holiday called Night-mas, a holiday of giving and happiness except one were-cat named Vicious who hated the holiday, this is the story

FLASHBACK

a Were-cat was walking through the town as she tried to ignore the cheers, singing and laughter as snow fell on her head, a homeless man tried asking her for some money but she swiped at him and walked into the store she worked at, she cleaned the snow off the sign and walked inside where she found a werewolf hanging some lights

Vicious: Hope! What Are You Doing?

Hope: Oh Sorry Miss Stripe! I uh was making this place look better

Vicious slapped the lights out of Hope's paws and the lights break as they fall on the floor

Vicious: I Am Losing Money Because Of You! Now Get To Work!

Hope runs to her desk and grabs her quill and begins writing

Hope: speaking of work Mrs Stripe, tomorrow is Night-mas and I was hoping I could have the day off?
