Well, she's absolutely horrid, to put it simply. Secondly, I am only very loosely using certain things within the Wizarding World for this AU — for example: the houses, blood purity, the spells and classes, certain magical creatures — so take what I write at face value. This isn't going to be entirely linear, because there are gonna be a few flashbacks, so prepare yourselves for a rocky road. Bad Buddy AU — Pran x Pat
THE COLLAR OF HIS ROBES are slightly uncomfortable against his neck, but he has to get used to them until they wear down into something more comfortable. It's the downside of Pat growing as quickly as he does: new robes pretty much every year, but Praew seems wholly giddy and delighted to buy him new robes, because he is her son, magic and all. Paa wasn't so lucky — his little sister's words, not Pat's — and missed out on the magic gene, but she's happy to watch Praew use magic around the house, out of sight of most of the Muggles that live around them.
A flash of red glares in his vision and Pat skids to a stop before he runs head first into Korn, giving his best friend a disbelieving look, the idiotic Gryffindor grinning widely with a cheeky wink and slinging his arm over Chang's shoulder. Pat shares a look with Mo, his fellow Hufflepuff shaking his head with a grin at their friend's antics, both of them used to the idiocy that comes with being friends with Gryffindors. The only member of their group that doesn't belong to either the house of the brave or the house of the eclectic is Ink, who resides within the house of the smart — Ravenclaw.
