"This is the story of a man named Stanley. Stanley worked for a company in a big building where he was Employee Number 427. Employee Number 427's job was simple. He sat at his desk in Room 427, and he pushed buttons on a keyboard. Orders came to him through a monitor on his desk
Telling him what buttons to push, how long to push them, and in what order. This is what Employee Number 427 did every day of every month of every year. And although others might have considered it soul-rending Stanley relished every moment that the orders came in, as though he had been made exactly for this job. And Stanley was happy.." the narrator said as he looked through his scripts.
Stanley slowly stood up from his chair, looking around his office room.. it was quite plain to be honest but Stanley didn't mind.
The Narrator suddenly groaned in annoyance "Well Stanley? Are you going to exit your office room,or are you going to stay there for the rest of the day."
Stanley shook his head slightly and walked out of his office room, there was a faint buzzing sound from the lights above Stanley.
Before Stanley could do anything,The Narrator spoke up "All of Stanley's co-workers were gone. What could it mean? Stanley decided to go to the meeting room, perhaps he had simply missed a memo."
Stanley looked around the room like he always did,but The Narrator suddenly cut him off Again. "No matter how hard Stanley looked, he couldn't find a trace of his co-workers." Stanley walked to the door...~At the meeting room~
"Yet there was not a single person here either. Feeling a wave of disbelief Stanley decided to go up to his boss's office hoping he might find an answer there" The Narrator said, the buzzing from the lights above Stanley were slightly louder, but Stanley decided to not say anything about it...
He walked out of the meeting room, but then he suddenly stopped in front of the storage closet and went into it. "Stanley stepped into the broom closet, but there was nothing here. So he turned around and got back on track." The Narrator was annoyed by Stanley not listening to him and not leaving the broom closet. "There was Nothing Here. No choice to make,no path to follow, just an empty broom closet. No Reason To Still Be Here.... It was baffling that Stanley was still just sitting in the broom closet. He Wasn't Even Doing Anything. At least if there were something to interact with he'd be justified in some way. As it is, he's literally just standing there, doing sweet F. A." Stanley stood still for a moment, waiting for the Narrator to continue taking.
"Are you... are you really still in the broom closet? Standing around doing nothing? Why? Please offer me some explanation here, I'm genuinely confused."~A few minutes later after The Narrator stopped talking, and Stanley left the broom closet~
Stanley once again heard the Buzzing noise of the lights above him,he couldn't ignore it anymore. Stanley signs [Narry, why is the lights buzzing? Are they all broken?]
The Narrator didn't say anything for a second before replying "Um.. I'm not quite sure actually.. maybe it's broken-" Stanley signs quickly [Or maybe it's a new ending?]
...
The Narrator groans "The Timekeeper must have done something to My script..." He mumbled.
"One second Stanley, I'll go see if I can fix the problem-" The Narrator was suddenly cut off by the reset menu.....(Thanks for reading, I'll try to write part 2 soon.)
