I get a phone call right before I head to bed
It's the [Cindy's last name] household phone calling... I wonder what's up?
"Evan Afton from the Afton household speaking."
Before the person could respond they start breaking down into tears, that's when I figured out it was Cindy calling
"Cindy? Cindy?! What's going on!?"
"Evan.... Sniff it's my mom she... she... hiccup"
My anxiety rised when her mother was mentioned
"Your mom what!?"
"She's gone..."
After that there is more crying
I advised her to call the police then call me back
5 minutes later she lets me know that the police are on their way
Her dad picked up the call from the police and states he's on his way Me and my Dad go pick up Cindy from her house and take her with us. She stays in the guest room the whole time refusing to leave the room or eat.
When her dad comes to pick her up I could tell something was missing... it seemed the whole family had lost their spark. Especially Cindy. She wouldn't smile at all or at least twirl. I mean yea her mom just killed herself but she's never been this down before that it's kinda concerning.
I just hope she feels better
