Im not very familiar with shifting so Id make something up or do some researches and besides its fiction.
I haven't find a description yet but I will tell you what it will talk about.
So there is a girl who is a mixed girl and struggles into fitting with the society, she gets depressed and all to a point that she meets an old woman.
So people think that this old woman has lost her mind because she tries to warn the people that shifting is real. Many people who do shifting believe her but not entirely.
Because the old woman would say that there is a way for the people in the places we shift to come to our current reality.
Obviously no one would believe her that.
So the old woman says that only a free spirited girl can save is from having unknown people come here.
It does sound like a bad book idea but once I find a better description, I'll leave this.
So the fmc randomly out of nowhere shifts into an unknown reality. She gets scared and calls for help but in that reality people think she is dumb.
Except for another girl who happens to be a shifter as well.
The girl yells at the fmc telling her to not reveal their secret to this reality otherwise it's bad.
Okay thats all for the description.
There would be problems with the government as well as the other realities.
