𝗦 𝗛 𝗜 𝗩 𝗔 𝗔 𝗬' 𝗦 𝗣 𝗢 𝗩,
We stopped near a large, secluded building hidden inside a garage that housed a shooting range. I didn’t need this place for practice, but I knew about it through Utkarsh. He ran everything from here—his personal trailer was parked nearby, and Abhimanyu often joined him here. I got out of the car and jogged to her side, opening her door.
Raavi eagerly grabbed my hand as we walked inside, hand in hand.
I led her over to a stall to check the guns. The man behind the counter saluted me, but I shot him a glare and nodded toward Raavi. He swallowed nervously and quickly averted his eyes. Turning back to Raavi, I asked, “Is this one your favorite?” I lifted the Huntsman’s gun from the table.
“Yes!!!” she chirped excitedly, reaching for it, but I pulled it back.
“Let me load it and try it first. Then you can have it.”
“Shivaay!” she exclaimed, loud and playful. “I want it! This is the Savage Model 10, right?” She grinned.
I gave her an impressed look. My girl knows more about guns than kitchen utensils, and I love it.
I kissed her temple, cupping her face briefly before stepping back. After loading the gun, I fired a shot.
Raavi immediately grabbed my arm. “Is my munchkin scared?” I teased. She shook her head, staying silent.
“Just step back a bit. I don’t want you damaging your eardrums or getting hurt.” I gently moved her away, and though hesitant, she complied.
