Distraction with Flowers.

Per usual, Levi, Kenji, and I went to Area 1. When we got to the traps I tell them to check three of them, then come to the other two, where I will be. And here I am sitting in a tree waiting for the two so we can do what we came here for watch and take notes on the Ophiuchus.

If I had not done this before with these two I would have started to get nervous about how long it is taking them to return, but I have. I know they take their time so I am going to relax and watch the sky and trees. I watch how each time the breeze picks up, the clouds move and change their form. How the tree branches sway from the wind, the sound of the trees swaying, and the birds chirping.

All so peaceful like it all has never seen conflict a day in their lifetime. It is almost what I feel when I lay on the hills next to the little house where I can see nothing but green and the stars in the sky. Like time stops, and It is just you and it. Almost like the way I feel when I think of that girl. The way her voice sounded how she did not seem bothered that an arrow landed right in front of her.

Tell me all your secrets. I turn around taking out my knife in the process, ready to throw it, when I see Kenji and Levi. Kenji laughed so hard that he almost fell out of the tree we were in.

Kenji, Why? I could have hurt you again.

No, I was fine, but the real question is what's got you sitting here daydreaming that you did not hear us arrive said Kenji.

Nothing, and I was not daydreaming.

Quiet both of you we have to move and start doing what we came here for. You remember the assignment do you not Kenji?

We got closer and could see a lot of their setup. OK, I guess we sit here and watch them, I say.

We have watched them for about 2 and a half hours, and I would rather be at a lesson right now. Who here would rather be sitting in a lesson with Mrs. Sophie or with Miss Pamela?

I looked to see who was coming and I saw her. I watched her closely she was walking fast and her steps were very loud. She was upset.

She has a knife Isa what do you want to do? I hear Kenji whisper. Nothing, the girl does not know we are here, and let's keep it that way. They do not respond but I know they will follow what I said to do.
