As soon Y/N left with Psycho, and NiGHTS to find the five Ideya Lord X took this time to invade Y/N universe but luckily Y/N friends aren't going down without a fight
After Sarah had returned they went to G.U.N headquarters to discuss their next plan of action.
Nine: I've been checking and it seems we pretty much have Lord X on the run, it won't be long now until we defeat him.

Nine: He most be reversing time to undo everything we've done.
Knuckles: Are you kidding me, so everything we just dealt with is going to be all for nothing.

Silver walked in the room.
Silver: I have experience with people who can manipulate time so I'm your best bet for this situation.
Sally: In that case you handle Malware while Knuckles, Knucks, Omega, Shadow and Mighty help out dealing with those creatures and Rebel, Rouge, Bunnie, and I help the soldiers on the ground.

They soon moved out and started heading towards the city

They soon arrived at Station Square where all of the soilders where gunning down the creatures but Malware kept on reviving them. Knuckles and Knucks jumped into the air and slammed the ground with them sending the creatures flying.
Knucks: Pull your men back we got this.
They soon started fighting the soilders battles with them tearing through the creatures Malware revived. Malware was about to revive them again but soon glowed cyan and was tossed away with him crashing into a building.
Malware: Who did that?
Silver soon flew into his view.
Silver: I did, and I'm not going to let you mess with time any further.
