Zara's POV:
My boyfriends name was John Dahl, he was 17, cute and funny. Our first date was when we were at a party and he'd asked me the day before if I'd go with him and I said yes. After John was tragically murdered I couldn't help but feel bad because I never wanted him dragged into my messed up situation. His parents were distraught when they were informed of their sons death, they moved back to Philadelphia, which is miles away from Mayfield and had a small and private funeral.
The people at school decided that instead of having another depressing funeral like they had done in my honour they had a party to celebrate how wonderful John had been at school and how brilliant a person he was.
The party was at Sam's house. The two boys had become quite close as their girlfriends were best friends and dying to double date. My friends arrived together all dressed up and wearing more make up than usual. Lucia was meeting Lewis at he party, Johnny couldn't go to the party as he was ill and Callum said that he was busy with something so Adrianna had called the girls to ask if they could all go together, which worked out perfectly due to the circumstances.
Lucia turned up wearing her hair in soft curls, natural looking make up, black skinny trousers and a pink feathered strapless top. Her aim was to look dressy, but casual.
Clara turned up wearing her hair tied back in a low ponytail, a pale red vest top, white cotton shorts and flip flops, although she did wear a lot of make up. When deciding what to wear that night, she figured she didn't need to dress up as she didn't need to impress her boyfriend, not that she wanted to admit that.
Natalia turned up wearing her hair straightened but not poker straight. She wore a normal amount of make up,a green patterned crop top and yellow skirt(she has weird style I know. but she pulled it off).
Lastly Adrianna turned up wearing a lot of make up, her hair was tied back and curled. She wore a blue dress with thin gold straps. It was typical Adrianna which meant that she had gone over the top especially when standing next to Clara.
The girls were greeted at the door by Sam.
"Hey babe. Hey girls, come in we have alcohol" he said kissing Natalia on the lips and winking at the girls.
"Thank god, if you didn't then I wouldn't have come in" Clara said.
"What's up with her?" Sam whispered to Natalia.
"Not sure, but I can find out for you when I get her drinking." Natalia said smiling at her boyfriend.
"This is why I love you" he said letting her go to talk to our friends.
Lewis spotted Lucia walking in and walked straight toward her.
"Hey Luc how are you?" He said while leaning in to kiss her cheek.
She backed away "what are you doing?"
"What do you think? I'm greeting you."
He said trying to look like he was stating the obvious.
"Oh, it's just I haven't had a chance to tell my friends about us dating yet so until that happens you can't kiss me. sorry"
"Right, are you embarrassed or something?" He said standing a bit back from her.
"No of course not! It's just they're my people and I need to tell them in a way that isn't an explanation for you kissing my cheek."
"Right, well I'm gonna go hang out with Sam and that and thank him for letting me come" he said while waking away.
"Okay" she said realising that what she'd said had hurt him.

"Okay well this party has turned out quite well" said Natalia looking around her boyfriends busy house.
"Yeah your boyfriends done a good job." Clara said also looking around.
