Once upon a time, I had a dream where I was walking in the woods. too. The air was heavy and the sky was dark red. It was very foggy and the smell of pine was roaming around. The trees were tall and the branches were pointy and very stretched out. It was as if every time you passed by a few trees, they would follow behind you and try to tangle you up in their branches.

The forest was named, "The Old Sorrow Trees". They were named that way for a reason, I guess in my dream. I was searching for that reason. Deserted in the forest, several voices started to call my name very creepily. Some were distant. Others felt as if they were breathing heavily on my neck.

The ground trembled, when I looked back the floor began to disappear and it was as if a dark demon awoke.

I could see a big, dark yellow eyed figure rising.

I had no choice, but to run forward. I could feel the heavy stomps of the creature just behind me. My heart was beating loud like a giant drum. The trees started to make a path for me and that's when it came; the two way path.

One path on the left had a small poorly made wooden sign with the words, "Trust with your eyes, not your ears." The path was beautiful, bright white light, beautiful flowers, the smell of sweet fresh air; it was my idea of heaven. The right path on the other hand had a deep, dark, blue color in the sky, dead bones of an unfortunate animal lying all about, a muddy sewer smell. A monstrous fairy like creature seemed to be, welcoming me. It was holding a wooden sign, "Trust with your ears, not eyes."

There were angelic voices telling me to go there, some even sounded like my family members. They were telling me, "Go to the fairy." How could I trust such a thing? The "fairy" was tall, with torn wings, sharp teeth, blood shot eyes, scrawny fingers with sharp, and black nails.

What really frightened me was the creature's smile. It gave me a horrible feeling, a reason to not go. I run for the path with the beautiful light shining. Just as I was running, a bright sign passed with the words poorly painted on it, "Be careful with what you believe, your life it may depend on" Just as I saw the bright, warm sun shine against my face, a cliff appeared. I fell, feeling as if it was going to last a life time.

The world became gruesome red, deadly weapons. All the types you can think of, were coming towards me. I was dodging them. Looking towards the ceiling, I could see the terrifying fairy turn into a beautiful porcelain doll reaching out for me. But I couldn't reach her.

That's when she began to fade away. I looked up to see the dark figure look down with a smile with it's terrible smile, telling me that I wasn't gonna be okay. The figure shut a giant metal door, locking it. Darkness came. it felt as if someone or something was taking me over. Possessing me.

That's when I heard the terrifying words, "You should've listened."
