PARTIES WERE JASMINES calling. She loved the music, the dancing, everything about a party was her cup of tea. So, when her sister, Jackie, told her about her fundraiser idea, she was automatically excited.

But tonight, something felt...off. The night was going too perfect and Jasmine just had a wrenching gut feeling that wouldn't go away.

As the fundraiser went on, all Jasmine could think about is seeing her older sister, she was tapping her feet, biting her nails, she even was pacing.

Jasmine had a weird gut feeling in her stomach that something was going to happen. "Has Lucy texted you at all? I can't get a hold of mom and dad." Jasmine asked her older sister as she walked towards her.

"They're probably just busy getting me a very special gift to congratulate my awesome fundraiser!" Jackie joked, which usually Jasmine would find amusing.

"I'm serious, something's wrong." Jasmine said, lightly holding her stomach as the uncomfortable feeling just grew worse.

"Um excuse me, Jackie?" A familiar asks, walking up to the two girls. Jackie nodded as Jasmine just stared. She just wanted the uncomfortable feeling to go away already, but it didn't, and it just kept getting worse.

"Uncle Richard?" Jackie said, confused by his sudden appearance. "What are you doing here?" Jasmine asked, just as confused. Uncle Richard then escorted the two girls outside of the venue, which wasn't helping Jasmine with her situation.

The two girls looked at each other confused before walking out, little did they know that the news that they were about to hear was going to be worse than they could possibly ever imagine.
