She sang the song about 4 times then she heard the doorbell ringing.
First she got a shock because she thought that this was the murderer but then she understood that it has to be the police.
She opened the door and let the police and the ambulance in.
she showed them where the living room is and told them everything she saw and what she thought. The ambulance agreed that they are dead and they brought Nicki outside to their car .
They asked Nicki if she could go to someone for the night maybe so other family members.
Then she told them that she had no other family only her big brother but he was too far away. But she could call kathy her best friend and stay there for the night.
They nodded and nicki took her phone to call kathy.
She told her everything ehat happened and the both cried. Kathy said that Nicki could come to her so she went inside the hause to pack her bag and there she saw her parents for the last time.
THey brought her to kathy's hause and said that they will come back tomorrow to decide where she 'll live then.
The police already knew that the man was one of the most popular serien murderes . The whole country was looking for him....
