Chapter 28:

The next day:

"Baby! I'm in pain!" Enzo yelled from the room.

I'm in the bathroom, fixing my hair. Im already set for the day. I had to come up with some sort of a plan to get out of bed without him complaining but I guess I failed.

I got out of the bathroom and went to my cry baby. "Good morning love," I said pecking his lips.

He put his hands on my waist and pulled me closer. "That was not enough," he said.

"Uh, uh, uh, you are still sick and injured, meaning no intimacy, no making out okay?" I said.

"It isn't the first time im injured love, im only in pain now because you're my weakness," he said.

I smiled and turned my heel, walking to the balcony door and opening it. "Fresh air, right?" I said.

He chuckled and looked at me.

Enzo is now done bathing and is now sitting on the bed. Resting. Atleast thats what I told myself.

"Enzo im going out today," I said with my back facing him, whilst I put on my bracelets.

"With?"

I turn around and face him. "Woah, sit down you only just woke up yesterday," I started "You need rest"

"Like I said before babe, its not my first time being injured from a mission. It happens and I heal with a week." He said.

I crossing my arms to my chest and just let him be.
"Anywho im going to see some old friends. Sarah and De-"

If I tell him Derrick's full name, he'll want to come with me. I want him too, but those two are easily intimated, so I have to lie.
I know lying is bad, but I have too...

"Sarah and Debbie." I lied.

Great I just lied to the man I love.
"Oh okay, I'll drop you off then." He said.

"Okay..."

We are in the car, on our way to the south side of Washington DC toward the location Sarah sent to me. My man is seriously handsome, as i watch him with one hand on the staring wheel, and the other on his mouth. He spares me a glance and smirks. What did I get myself into?

Ring ring*
"Hello?" I reply to my call.

It took a maximum of an hour and thirty minutes to get to our destination and we eventually arrived to a big and beautiful charcoal and wolf grey house.

"Sarah still has style." I whispered to myself.

Enzo gets out of the car and walks over to my side and opens the door for me. "Ready?" He said offering me his hand, which I took.

"Hey Barb, you still coming over?" She asked.

"Yes of course, my boyfriend will be dropping me off." I said.

"Oh okay, see you then love," she said before hanging up.

I let out a heavy sigh and Enzo looked at me.
"Whats wrong?" He asked.

"Nothing, nothing. Just that im about to see my high school friends whomst I haven't seen in years. I dont know whether to be excited or afraid." I said.

"Why be afraid. They're still your friends right?"

I nod. He continued saying, "Then fear should be the least of your problems i said. And by the way, im your boyfriend now?" he said smirking at the last part.

I rolled my eyes, then smiled at him.

It took us about an hour and thirty minutes to arrive to the location Sarah sent me. We are now parked onto the driveway of a charcoal and wolf grey two story house.

Enzo gets out of the car and goes over to my side offering me his hand, which I took. "Thank you," I said. And he smiled.

The glass made garage door opened with a tall and perfect shaped blonde in a white dress.
"Hey Barbra," she said hugging me.

"I missed you Arah. Its been minutes," I said.

"You still got it. Who's this?" She smiled to Enzo.

"This is my boyfriend Enzo, Enzo this is my good friend Sarah," I said.

"Nice to meet you," Sarah said.

"Likewise,"

"Well, come on in," Sarah invited us.

"Well I have an erran-"

"Nonsense, my fiancé is inside, im sure he'd like to meet you too" Sarah said.

Enzo replied with a nod, and we all walked into Sarah's house.
It was so beautiful and homey. Chandeliers on the ceiling, seats that could possibly be custom made. The interior was beyond beautiful it was Astronomical.

"You have a beautiful home Sarah," I complimented.

"Thank you love, please make yourselves at home, ill go and call my fiancé. Hes in the kitchen cooking," she said before walking away.

Wow she's even getting married. Im So happy and proud of her.
Will Enzo and I ever reach that stage?
