"Good job team!" Y/n exclaimed as they just won against one of the strongest teams in Japan, Shiratorizawa.

After making a short celebration, the team went and shook hands saying 'good game' to Shiratorizawa's team.

"We did great yesterday! Y/n your attacks were wonderful!" Kumi, y/n's best friend squealed, earning a smile from y/n.

"Thank you, I wouldn't have done it without your sets Kumi" y/n smiled at her.

Kumi mumbled a thank you as she hid her blush that fainted in her face, everytime she receives a compliment from Y/n she tends to get shy because one of the best volleyball players in Japan praises her.

As the day goes by, groups of athletes would go and congratulate Y/n for their win against Shiratorizawa, earning a small bow from Y/n as she gently smiles.

"Your attacks were incredible Y/n!" Bachira Meguru exclaimed while he recreated your hand movements for spiking.

"You look like a loser doing that" Jingo Raichi made fun of Bachira.

"Leave him alone Raichi" Isagi laughs, "Y/n you should teach us how to play volleyball" Isagi suggested.

"Anytime" Y/n smiled.

"Omg really? Thank god cause I wanna learn how to spike like you!" Bachira jumped excitedly. Raichi scolds him for being to excited

Isagi looks and Y/n and asks "Hey, uh do you wanna come to our soccer practice today? It's fine if you don't wan-"

"What time?" Y/n interrupts.

"5 pm" Isagi smiled

"Alright, can I bring a friend?" Y/n asks since she knows that Kumi has an interest in one of the soccer players.

"Yup, bring whoever you want!" Isagi grinned.

"Thank you Isagi"

"You're welcome"

"Don't be late!" Bachira yells as he drags his two friends to the cafeteria.

"Alright"

As the bell rings signaling that it's lunch break, Y/n heads to her classroom waking Kumi up from her short nap, informing her that it's lunch break.

Kumi and Y/n walked to their usual table, they placed their tray on the table and sat down.

Kumi rubs her eyes "i'm so tired i wanna go home already" she says then covers her mouth after letting a yawn out.

"Kumi"

"Yeah?" She responds before taking a big bite of her onigiri.

"Isagi invited us to their soccer practice today, do you wanna go?"  Y/n asks.

Kumi eyes widened "WHAT? Is reo playing?"

"He is an official midfielder for the team so yeah i think so" Y/n confirms, "So are you going with me?"

"Of course,but  can we get an iced coffee before the practice? I'm very sleepy right now and i dont want to miss the practice" Kumi pouted.

"Yes of course Kumi" Y/n smiles, finding her cute.

As the time went by, their classes ended and it was time to head out and grab something to drink before the practice match, Y/n and Kumi went to a cute coffee shop that was nearby their school. Y/n ordered her usual order while Kumi got her favorite iced latte.

They had a lot of free time so they just stayed at the coffee shop, discussing some of their previous volleyball events and future matches against other high school teams.

"We have 30 minutes left before the game starts, lets go now!" Kumi's excitement runs over her as she can't wait to see Reo.

They thanked the barista before bidding goodbye, as they walked back to school, Y/n and Kumi walked past a convenience store and Y/n suggested.

"Should we buy them energy drinks?"

"Great idea Y/n"

They went inside and grabbed a couple of drinks for the team, they quickly paid and ran back to their school since they were running late.

After reaching the school's soccer field, they sat down on one of the benches as Kumi was searching for Reo.

"Where is he?" Kumi furrowed her eyebrows

"They will eventually come out don't worry" Y/n responds as she scrolls down her instagram explore page.

"Oh they're here!" Bachira exclaims, making everyone turn and look at the two female volleyball players.

Kumi waves at them "Hey we bought you guys some drinks!"

As soon as the players heard energy drinks, all of them ran towards you guys were sitting.

"Please help yourselves" Y/n handed them the two bags full of drinks that she and Kumi bought.

"Thank you very much!" Everyone thanked her, making you smile and sat down while you watched them enjoy themselves.

"Yo Rin come here!" Shidou yelled at that one player that was warming up alone.

Rin let out a groan before coming over. "What?"

"Here take this, this pretty lady bought it for us" Shidou handed Rin a drink while pointing at Y/n who was now talking to Nagi.

Rin's eyes widened knowing that her presence was here, he was nervous and excited at the same time. He didn't know why he felt like that.
