"𝐀𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮'𝐫𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝?" Tigress asked Lightning for what seemed like the millionth time.
"Enough. Conner needs us." He replied.
"Lightning powers?" He tested his powers with his hand, but only a small spark emerged, he let out a disappointed sigh before he spoke.
"Still hoping we won't need those."
"All right." Tigress let out a sigh before turning to the girl, "We are climbing up into that ominous, dark hole in the cliff to rescue our super-friend. You are going to stay right here with our Super-Cycle. Understand?"
When the girl didn't say anything, Lily turned to Tigress.
"Way to make it simple." She stated as she turned to the girl, "You, sit here." She pointed to the seat in the Super-Cycle.
"I, sit there?" The girl repeated as she pointed to herself, and then the seat.
"Yes! Exactly." Lily gave her a thumbs up. The girl returned the action before climbing into the seat.
"Just keep her out of trouble, okay?" Tigress asked the Super-Cycle as it made some noises in response, "Thanks. Let's move." Tigress took out her bow as they made their way back to the cliff.
She shot up a grapple with her bow, the three scaling up the cliff back towards the sewer grate. They slipped through the bend in the bars, trekking through the muddy water.
"I'm in. Status?" Nightwing called in over the comms.
"We're two minutes out." Lily replied as she looked at their coordinates as well as Superboy's through her lens. Video feed popped up from the small blue icon with the bird. It was from Nightwing.
"We're shutting this place down. Prepare the shipment." Vertigo ordered his men.
"On it, boss. Let's go!" The henchman replied, each of the men grabbing a pod.
"Receiving video." Tigress replied.
"Nightwing, stop this before they finish loading those kids." Lightning told him with determination laced in his tone.
"Negative. Those pods aren't going anywhere fast on rails. I need to locate SB and the Prince first."
"Activate the spy gear we planted. Might help you find them." Lightning suggested.
"Might. If they weren't in a thousand pieces. I got eyes on Ecks and... huh, Dr. Helga Jace. They've got SB. Unconscious, in a pod."
"Oh, he is not going to like that." Lily replied with an annoyed look, even if he couldn't see it.
"Nope. Brion's in the next pod over. I think they tried to make him meta-active."
