It was a dark dazed night, while Akshu was shouting in pain
"Come on jaan! Push!" Abhi said calmly
"And what the hell am I doing right now? You motherf****!" Akshara cries
"Akshu baby! Try to understand me!" Abhi said
"And what should I understand? The child is troublemaker before being born! Just like you!" Akshara said in trouble
"Com'n babes,nothing is like that, baby push!" Abhi said lowering his head
That's when Akshara grabbed his hairs tightly
"You moth******, you're the reason of this pain! Ahh! This is getting painful" Akshara said "F*** you"
His hairs were in her hands, "gotta kill you"
"What's my mistake ? I've not told you to come for it, you did it by your own choice, and leave my hairs please" Abhi pleads
"You bloody a**, I'm in pain and you can't tolerate this much pain" Akshara shouts, it's 7 hours she's been struck in the room
"Ahh!" She whimpered
"The baby's head part is coming out, just push a little, and your baby'll be in your hands" the doctor said
"The baby is all ready to come!" Abhi said while Akshara winces, she was glaring at him
"Did I said something wrong?" He asks
"Finally, he/she's coming Abhi!" Akshara said with moisture in her eyes, but her happy face changes to angered expressions in a second "all this pain is just due to you Birla!" Akshara said , as she holds his hairs tightly in her hand
"Akshu! Leave my hairs" that's when the baby comes out as the doctor said
"Congratulations! Mr. and Mrs. Birla, it's a boy" the doctor said as he makes Abhi hold the baby
"Do you want to cut the umbilical cord?"the doctor asks
Abhi nods, his eyes had tears in them
He cuts baby's umbilical cord and said "Akshu" in a small voice
Both of them were on the verge of tears, when Akshu felt some movement
"Ahh!" She winces again
"What happened Akshu?" Abhimanyu asks
"I felt like a kick!" Akshara said
"But how can this be possible!" Abhi said "the kid is in our hand!" Abhi said
"Wait! Wait! There's a confusion, actually, Mrs. Birla is still carrying twins only, the miscarriage hasn't happened, but maybe the baby was not clearly seen on the screen" the doctor informs
Abhi and Akshu smiled
But the happiness changes into pain in no time,
"Ahh!" Akshara shouts, this time much louder "sab tumhari galti hai Abhi!" Akshara said
"Meri kya-" Abhimanyu was about to say when Akshara cuts off
"Haan abb tum bech main bhi bologe? Bol lo bol lo" Akshara said
Abhi went quiet
"Push Akshu! Push!" Abhi said
"That's what I'm doing mf!" Akshara said
"Jaan! No abusive words in front of kids"
He'd made the nurse hold the baby, he was caressing Akshu's hands from one hand and was recording the video of the delivery from other hand
"We won't be able to see their delivery video in front of them?" Akshara pouts "all because of you!" Akshara said
After 2-2.5 hours of labour, Akshara finally delivered their another twin, it was also a boy
"So we're the parents of two baby boys!" Abhimanyu said in tears

And they later shifted to Delhi, and lived their life happily ever with their twins
