It started from a party

Part I

(Since english isn't my first language, then the story probably has some mistakes, but I try to avoid them as much as I can. And you're always welcome to give me feedback ♡)

Everyone is packing up their stuff and getting ready to go. "30 seconds left," Cassie thinks to herself. And... now. The school bell rings. School is out for this week.

Cassie steps out of the classroom and is immediately greeted with a warm, friendly, and loving hug from Ava. The two friends stop their bright embrace and start to walk to the front doors of the school.

"Gosh, math class was just the worst today," Cassie sighs.

"You're lucky you didn't have to be in chemistry," Ava says, "by the way, Jason is having a big, raucous party tonight at his place and you have to come, like you HAVE to come."

"I do not know. Are you sure?"

"Uhm, yes," Ava answers excitedly, "plus, there will be guys from the Jean Babtiste school. Who knows, you might meet your special someone there."

"What are you saying? I have no time for such things."

"Come on. Ugh. Okay. But at least come to the party."

"I don't think my parents would allow it. Well, dad would probably agree, but I wouldn't be so sure about moms response."

Ava and Cassie have now reached the front doors of the school and started heading away from school towards home.

"Well. Then there are only two choices left. You either talk your mom to agreeing? Or a better option. You sneak out of the house to the party."

"Are you crazy!" Cassie almost screams at Ava's crazy suggestion.

"C'mon, Cassie. After all, everyone has to sneak out at least once in their life."

Cassie sighs. She knows Ava won't give up until Cassie agrees to her crazy idea. And... well. To be honest, you have to do something exciting once in a while.

"Well. OK. I can try it, but just this once. And if my parents happen to find out, then you'll be in this mess with me."

"Yay. That's fine, I'll be your partner in crime," Ava replies, squealing with joy over the fact that her friend is coming to the party with her.

After 15 minutes, they reached their neighbourhood."Meet me at my house around eight o'clock!" Ava yells from her doorstep to Cassie, who is walking away. Cassie turns around and gives a thumbs up to Ava and opens her house door to go in.
