Let It Be....

Chapter 1.

 I laid on my bed. Listening to "The Beatles", thinking of all the possibilities I have with him. All the romance, and fun, and memories we will have. But, maybe I'm wrong? Nah, I can't be. I never had this feeling before, such a sweet and warm feeling. A feeling that can make you smile no matter what. My phone rang, I snacthed it up and opened it up.

"Hello?!" I bit my lip. "HEY!" Leam exhaled over the phone. "Leam! What do you want? You know I'm expecting that call!" I said. "Well, I was just seeing if it had happened yet. You know, he might be calling right now and you don't even know it because your on the phone with me." He chuckled. "Good-Bye Leam." I hung up my phone and crossed my arms. Leam was part of my Herd of Nerds. Hes the one that gets annoyed the most, haha. And hes the shortest. Then there's Tanner, the goofy and tallest one. And then Scott. Hes very jumpy (If you know what I mean) and taller then Leam(And me) but shorter then Tanner.

 Those three guys, are the three out of four guys that meant the world to me. Don't know what I would do without my weird epic nerds. Crazy times we have had, like the time when Tanner ran around the nursing home and he-"Let it be, let it be, let it be" My ring-tone went off and I snatched my phone back up once again. "Hello!?" I whispered into the phone. Crossing my fingers, please let it be him. "Hey Ivy! Its me-"

"Tanner, what do you want! Did Leam tell you to call?" I asked Tanner.

"Shes on to us Leam! What do I say?" I heard Tanner say. "Just hang up!" Leam Yelled. And with that said, Tanner did exactly that. Those boys seriously need help.

 Before I could even put my phone down, it rang once again. "LEAM! Stop calling me for the millionth time! I am Waiting for-" I stopped when I heard "Umm...Ivy?" Oh shit... "Oh, Tony, ha, hey." I'm such an idiot. "So, what have you been waiting for exactly?" Tony asked. "Just...you know." I said, of course he knows. "Yeah, I know?" Or maybe he didn't.

 "Any-who, what made you call?" I asked. Of course I knew why he did, or at least I think I did. "Happy you asked that. Well, you see. I have been thinking lately we should hang out." He said. "We do hang out, all the time." I answered back. "I mean, more then friends..."He went on. "Like...a date?" I asked. "Ha, yeah. Exactly!" I knew he was smiling, I sure enough was. "When and where?"  I asked. "How about tomorrow night. I'll pick you up around 6:30 and we will go where-ever the road takes us." Tony said. Un-planned, yup, that's Tony for you. "Ha, sounds great. See you then Tony." I answered back. "Yeah, see you then Ivy." With that, I waited until he hung up the phone.

 I fell back into my bed, sinking in. Tony Harrison just asked me out on a date. The guy I have been crushing on ever since spring break. The one that just takes my breath away. So hard to believe. How did I get so damn lucky? I dialed the one number I knew my heart. "Hey Kelly. You will never guess what just happened."

 "So your telling me, that Tony asked you out? This is so un-real. Ya ll have only known each-other for two months. And its like y'all have known each-other your whole lives! Must really be something there Ivy." Kelly said. "I know! Its so...epic!" I said back. Kelly was my best friend. I knew I could trust her with everything, been there for me ever since I was in 7th grade and she was in 8th. (Alot of my friends are older) "So, where are y'all going?" Of course she had to ask. "Well...we haven't really decided yet....." I replied. "He didn't really plan this out I'm guessing." I twirled my blonde hair. "Not nesccisarily.." I heard her sigh. "When will he ever learn?" I laughed. "Who knows. Any-ways, I will talk to you later, K?"

 "Alright, later Ivy." We hung up and I put my phone on charge. Just then I heard my laptop beat. I looked towards it and saw I had an I.M. on my ME-U.com. I looked and saw who it was. "Oh great, now its all three of them." Two messages from Leam. "DID IT HAPPEN?" "DID IT, DID IT????" One from Tanner "Are you Mrs.Harrison yet?" Oh that's funny Tanner. and One from Scott. "Hey, hope your day is going good. And if it is, I think we all know why;)" Oh even funnier Scott! I swear, should't they all be in each-others basements and playing World of War-Craft like regular nerds? But no, they arn't regular, instead they like to hang out with me and somehow screw their-selves into my life.

 "Look, he asked me out on a date. So tomorrow night we are going to who knows where." I sent the message to the three. Instently I get a reply back. "Well that's just great. He still doesn't plan ahead I see." Oh Tanner. "YAY:D" Of Course Leam..."Happy for you." and then plain old Scott. I closed my laptop and turned up the volume to The Beatles.

 I woke up the next day to my alarm buzzing in my ears. "April fourth. Just two more months until summer.." I marked off my calender. I texted Scott to meet me at the skate park. "See ya there."

 I threw on a old T-Shirt and some shorts. I grabbed my car keys and was out the door. I drove to Edwards road and parked on the side of the road. There Scott was, just skating around. "Hey you!" I yelled. "Hey you too!" He yelled back. Ha, good old Scott. "Hows it going?" I asked. He squinted hes from the sun. "Eh, not to bad. Not to bad.  How about you?" We sat down and I crossed my legs. "Eh, not to bad myself. The guy of my dreams did just ask me out you know." He laughed and looked down. "Me, Leam, an Tanner are happy for you. Just, if hes mean, we will kill him!" I snorted. "With what? Your plastic light-sabers?" He punched my arm. "Ha-Ha. So Funny." Scott said.

 "Yeah well, hows Leam and Tanner?" I asked him. He shrugged. "Alright I guess, oh yeah that reminds me. Tanner wants to meet up with you later. Has to talk to you about something I think." I wonder what.."Alright thanks." Scott looked at his wrist. "Hm, better get going. Nice seeing you, for what. Ten minutes?" He laughed and helped me up. "You too Scott. Ha, later." I watched him grab his board and get in his jeep and drive off. Might as well go to Tanner's. I thought.

 I pulled up in-front of Tanner's house. "Yo Yo, Tanner my man." He came outside and smiled. "Hey Ivy." I looked at my watch and it was 4:00 already. "Scott said you needed to talk?" He sat down and patted the step. I went over and sat next to him. "There's this girl you see....and she..well...I like her alot. I don't know how to tell her, she is kinda seeing somebody. Its not official so maybe I have a chance. Any suggestions on what I should do?" I thought for moment, dear God PLEASE let it NOT be me! "Well, just tell her. Ask her on a date. KISS HER!" Lets see what happens. He looked at me with wide eyes. "Its not you Ivy, Dear God no." Ugh, jerk. "Screw you too!" He laughed. "Its Sarah Starling." Ew, he could do alot better..."Oh..ummm....wow....." I replied back. "I know, but I just really like her. Think you can talk to her for me?"  The big question. Me and Sarah go back, she had a huge crush on Tanner in the 9th grade. When we were friends. He turned her down and he told her it was because he liked me. She has hated me ever since. Oh funny stuff us friends do for each-other. 

 "I will try." I gave him a smile. He smiled back. "Thanks Ivy, don't know what I would do with-out you." I thought. "You would die." I got up and patted his head. "Better get going." I said, I stood up and Tanner looked up at me. "Got a hot date? Oh wait, thats right, you do." I rolled my eyes. "Thats gay for calling him hot. Sarah might not find that attractive." I started to walk away. "ITS A JOKE. DONT TELL HER I SAID THAT!!! IVY!" I laughed and waved my hand. "Bye Tanner."

Ok, so I hoped you liked it. I got inspired by "The Beatles" MY favorite band. And the music I listen to when I write.

It might be kinda bumpy but I hope to improve.
