zay and lil

I have a massive crush on zay today, tho has been exhausting. I'm in so much pain that I'm on college for a dental program. zay is a 4 year student and working in the clinic for patients

I'm sitting in my bed and I'm crying holding Ice to my face I get up and put on slippers and walk 5 minutes to the clinic and check in the waiting room lily Hamtramck I sit down and cry I hear My name lily I look up and see zay shit shit why is it zay I really like him  fuck me hes walking over zay comes next to me a bend down and said pain I nod so he grabs my hand and walks me to a room and taps on the chair and said come on love let's talk I sit down. And he said so lil can I call you lil I nod

He Said what's causing u so much pain lil I say I don't know it hurts alot  ok lil can I look pls I nod he says can I talk off your ice pack I nod

He says lil your face is super swollen I'm gonna tell you this it's not gonna be good especially with this much swelling but I promise you won't be in pain forever I'm going to be very gentle while saying this I put on xl rubber gloves and say ok lil imma lay you back I push the button and the seat goes down I roll over to the head of the seat and say ok luv can you open for me

She nods

I use my hand mirror and start looking around and then grab a scale and call out carries then go to the back of her mouth and see what's causing her pain I take my mirror and scaler our and say ok lil you can close so first off you have 2 really deep cavities that most likely will need root canals and 2 your wisdom teeth are coming in I have a few questions and then we can figure out a treatment plan.

First of how long have you liked me she looks up and blushes and says since I first saw you  you were in your 2nd year and I was in my first so 2 years

I say we'll you should have told me cause I really like you I know it's fast but I know you want it would you like to be my girlfriend luv she looks up and her face lights up and nods

Ok, now the real questions, my love

How long have you had the pain
She looks up at me and she  immediately saden 3 months but it got worse a week ago but I couldn't come it was finals week

Ok, love, so let's get some x-rays

I do bite wings then. The back I do the ones in the back, and I know she's hurtin, so I say luv do you want numbing gel

She nods

I rub her gums with level 4 numbing cream
Then do the x-rays

And just like I thought infected wisdom teeth and 2 root canals

I say ok baby it's bad. imma give you 2 choices, and you gotta pick Option 1. we do everything tonight, and I give you sedation, or tonight we do the root canals with Conscious sedation

She looks sad and said as little as possible, I'm tired it hurts I wanna sleep

Ok, luv, so conscious sedation is xanax and an iv

I say while rubbing, numbing cream on her arm
I place the iv and say luv take these
She swallows the pill

Ok, luv, can I rub numbing cream on your gums she looks at me and nods
I rub the gel on her gums she Whimpers in pain after rubbing the gel I push the medication into her iv I say baby your arms gonna feel weird then your gonna feel sleepy and Goofy

She laughs luv can you hold me I look at her and say after luv I gotta take care of your pain and abt you going home alone I'm not ok wit bc someone needs to watch you so your gonna sleep at my dorm bc I'm a dentist at school I have a single dorm

Ok luv I gotta start you ok

Close your eyes until I say open them ok I rolled my try over and uncapped the needle I shake her gums and push the needle into her gums and she cries out I say it's ok luv I'm almost done immediately after I put the next one in she's whimpering I say I know luv I know but if I did these without numbing you'd be crying and begging me to stop while I say that I finsh numbing after 2 more shots I say ok baby I'm all done with the needles she starts crying I sigh I roll over to her seat and pick her up bear hug and hang her iv on my shoulder and rub her back  while Bouncing her up and down.  I here her sleeping I put back in the chairnand test to see if she's numb by pushing on her swollen gums I rub her fast and whispered baby wake up I don't want to scare you I gotta drill luv  She says don't drill love I gotta after I drill you can sleep ok luv she nods I kiss her forehead and start drilling out her Tooth enamel I say ok luv you can sleep I kiss her eye lid
And start removing the tooth nerve after that I repack her tooth and make it look like a real tooth and place a crown over her tooth I repeat the process

I take put her Iv and place 2 gauze rolls so her doesn't bite on the  crowns
I clean up everything and put it in the Autoclave
I pick her up and carry her to my dorm I say luv can I put my sweatpants on you she nods and I take off her pants and put her in my sweatpants  and tie them I put 2 pillows on top of eachother and carefully place her head on the pillows and wrap her face with a ice pack she jumps I say it's a ice pack so your face doesn't swell anymore also take these pain pills she takes them she's asks can I sleep I say ofcourse luv imma go make you some soft food for after tomorrow

I make French onion soup bc she mentioned while on her iv she loves French onion soup

I check on her every hour and replace her ice pack every 3 hours also every 3 hours I change her gauze 2 which she hates

She wakes up abt 8pm and walks to me and cuddles in my Lap  and holds her jaw I say your wisdom teeth hurt luv she nods I say I made you French onion soup luv want me to feed you she smiles and nods I alr prepared a bowl of soup and start feeding her 

After that I give her another a pain pill and say luv can I sleep with you she nods

8 hours later I gentle wake up abt 6am  take a  quick shower and put on scrubs and do my hair curling my hair so it's fluffy. I put on socks and take out a Beige off white hoodie with dark brown nike sweatpants and pair of psd boxers I rub lils face and move her hair put of her face and tuck it behind her ear and kiss her cheek I say baby you gotta get up i put a set of my clothes on my bed I go put the French onion soup in a crackpot and plug the pot in she comes out looking so cute so I say you look very cute she walks over and hugs me and whispers you look hot your muscles are coming out of your shirt

I look at her and say come on luv let's get this over and done with and we can come back here and cuddle and watch TV ok luv she nods we hold hands while walking to the clinic I can tell her pain is getting bad again she's using the hand I'm not holding she's holding  her face I get to the surgery room and say love lay down she lays down I cover her in a blanket and say luv can I have your arm I put her on of the arm rest and say love I'm just putting on numbing cream for  your iv

After that I say love open pls I got to put numbing gel for before the shots

I kiss her after and say you didn't feel your iv did you she looks down and said no I didn't feel it  I say your gonna get sleepy she looks at me with cloudy eyes and says make it better please i kiss her and say I will don't fight the medicine love good night after she falls asleep I numb her then cut open her gums then remove the teeth I stitch her gums take out her iv and place gauze and put on a wrap ice pack and carry her bridal style to my dorm and gently place her head on my pillows and let her sleep while i take a shower and put on a pair of  pj pants and cover her in a blanket and go in the kitchen and make 3 different soups baked potato soup  Chicken noodle soup and dumping soup
I go put on fast and furious 7 bc it's my favorite movie I pause the movie and go get lil so I can feed her I carry her to my couch and she wakes up and touches my nose I say you still a little high luv she laughs I say I gotta take put her gauze and feed her soup and wipe her face because she Drooling and I say after luv I gotta put in more gauze she cuddles into my shoulder and I unpause fast and furious and she falls asleep while I rub her head and carry hernback to my bed and we both go to sleep after I replace her ice pack with a new one
