Elder Leaf's Magic School

Ep 7: The Darkness of Magical Apparatus

All Trollstopians were in the Magic School Colosseum, as all the essential characters were on the field. Branch's Brothers and Viva came in with stacks of books in their hands. The brothers sit at Branch's desk while Viva goes to Poppy's.

"This is insane. We went to school in the past, and we must go to it again?!" John Dory was annoyed.

"But it's a magic school with our Gramps running it. At least my family will watch it from here," said Bruce.

"Good luck, honey," said Brandi, in the stands with her children.

"Yeah, go, Dad! You got this, Uncles," Bruce's Children cheered.

"This magic school might help restore my hair to my true color. I don't mind the white, but I want my hair color back," said Floyd.

"Maybe this lesson will allow me to change back to my old hair color, too," Clay added.

"I'm so excited about learning all the magic of our world," Viva shouted.

"And we're deskmates, sis. I wonder what we'll be learning today," Poppy agreed.

From a portal, Elder Leaf is holding gemstones and magical sweets.

Once he placed them on his table, Elder Leaf said, "Greetings, everyone. And we are back at my magical school. Along with some new students."

Branch's Brothers and Viva waved at everyone.

"Today, my pupils and grandsons. You are going to learn the Dark Side of Magical Apparatus," said Elder Leaf while he wrote "Dark Magical Apparatus" in scary font.

"Oh, dark side! So rad," Barb amazed.

"Gnarly," Riff agreed.

"Bring on the darkness!" Val exclaimed.

"Wooo!" Demo said, takes off his shirt and twirls it in the air.

"Hehehe, they're so my people. And I love how Demo shows his excitement. Rawr," Floyd smitten.

Elder Leaf said, "I would like to begin with why we have dark magical apparatus. Nature can grow and form anything useful and harmful. The herbs, fruits, vegetables, and flowers are useful for everyday life. Harmful items like poison ivy, thorn bushes, troll-eating plants, and toxic-spewing plants can also help in attacks and self-defense. The only thing that matters is how you use them for certain things."

When Elder Leaf takes out a diamond, Brozone hissed at seeing it like a cat.

"Are they mocking us?" Mochi Siberian was confused.

"You heard about their diamond prisons," Mushi said.

"Yeah, it drains their life," said Garfield.

"I don't blame them," Selena said.

"Easy there, boys," Elder Leaf continued while writing on the chalkboard. "A diamond can extract life energy in close contact but leaves the latter transparent. Back then, Trolls would use diamonds as death sentences for their criminals that we're deserving."

"You're kidding, right, Grandaddy?" Floyd asks as everyone looks at Elder Leaf in disbelief.

"Nope. There are records of it. Next, we have one of the cursed sweets. The Spotted Black Cupcake is the most dangerous that can give you the Spotted Black-Tounge Cold."

"Yeah, we don't need to know about it. Someone here already encountered it in the past," Cooper said as everyone stared at Branch.

Branch nervously laughed before John Dory said, "Branch, I warned you not to put strange things in your mouth. I can't believe you still do that."
"For the record, it was disguised as a Black Forest Cupcake so that I couldn't tell," Branch said.
