Winter Wonderland, Or So We Thought. || Roleslaying With Roman Fic!

Good Gracious, It's Cold.

As Roman and Youngblood finally finished their adventures in the Frogtown, they set onward to their next journey, nervously excited for whatever lies ahead. This would already be their fourth place to discover. Not only that, but so far, it may be even possibly their most dangerous. 

Roman grasped his hands around his brown satchel--in which was containing rolls from Burgundy's, the rocks they bought, and coins. He walked alongside Youngblood who seemed more tense. He's appeared to remain this way since they left Neon City, leaving Noise behind. Surely Noise was safe though, right? Roman wondered this, and like did Youngblood as well.

They continued on down the pathway into the woods, the air beginning to become colder, and colder, and colder... Ever so suddenly, their autumn leaves seemed to disappear, no more crisp fall smells, just a bunch of snow. Surrounding them everywhere was either trees with no leaves or evergreen trees covered in white. Off in the distance you could even see tall rocky snow topped mountains.

Romans face gleamed with excitement as he danced around in the white blanket underneath his boots. Back in his hometown Reston, they never receive snow. This was a new experience for him! However, Youngblood looked at Roman concerningly. 

"Roman I know you're excited about the snow - for some reason, but look at us.. well more like look at you my clothes are pretty warm. But yours aren't as much. I'd prefer to not have my traveling buddy freeze and die of hypothermia." 

Roman dropped his perkiness for the moment. "Ah! I suppose you're right Youngblood! But where would we find that? I mean- its not like were going to run into a log cabin in the middle of the for--" he paused as they stood face to face to... a log cabin in the middle of the woods selling winter clothing. 

"How convenient." Youngblood remarked.

The two shrugged at one another and headed inside of the shop titled, with a big wooden board clearly carved into it, "REMS COFFEE AND CLOTHING." and another tinier board saying "+ v".

ding! sounded a bell as they walked in.

353 words excluding A/N!! I have a lot more than this wrote out already so I'll definitely be adding to this.

 ALSO I promise I did not abandon my other story I wrote during the summer! I just gotta find the want to write it!! But eventually I'll give it my attention. maybe I need to write it at school, that seems to help a whole deal, like this story. then im not distracted by TikTok and Roblox loll
