||Scotts POV||

'I look up at the moon, and it's pretty glow, i miss the stars their safe. they're warm, I would say i miss home, but to be honest.. I dont really have a home. Well, not anymore, at least.' As Scott looks up at the sky, Jimmy could feel Scott was thinking about something, Something that he particularly wouldn't like thinking of.'

'When you spend enough time with the man, you learn quirks about him and his life, He remembers briefly about a comment scott made a bit ago it was something about falling and friends? He couldn't quite put it together, but it certainly wasn't some butterfly froo froo land, He remembers Scott looked uncomfortable talking about it'

"Hey Scott, are you okay?" Jimmy asked worriedly for the small star boy.

"Y-yeah, just thinking." Scott jumped a bit he wasn't used to Jimmy being a human(?) Oh well, bird? canary?
Whatever the fuck he was he wasn't used to it, he was used to his small little golden colored bird, it felt weird talking to Jimmy like actually talking and not just him ranting or talking to his bird friend.

"You sure? You look... i don't know.... tense?" He says, worried for Scott yet curious.

"Well.. Can you blame me? I dont think anyone would be normal after their bird friend turned into a 6ft tall, handsome guy, so you would guess why im a little tense." Scott shrugs and looks at the moon. He didn't realize what he had just said, Jimmy did his cheeks dusted a bit of red blush, but he didn't comment on it.

"Well, im still me, Just i dont know a bit bigger, i guess." He said nonchalantly

"A little bigger!? You grew like 20 feet." Scott said he was exaggerating a bit, but you get the point

"Okay, okay, i guess it is a little weird." Jimmy chuckles at Scotts' reaction.

"Well, thank you." Scott whispered you could barely make out what he said, but Jimmy heard it.

"Huh? For what?" Jimmy says, confused on why he was being thanked.

"Well, for saving me and bringing me back to the moonlight." He says he sounded a bit ashamed and embarrassed for being saved.

"And? That's a basic thing you can do for anyone? You were in danger. Why do i need to be thanked for helping someone?" Jimmy said, confused

"Well, im not necessarily loved or liked around here. Yeah, the others let me live here, but they dont really like me after i hurt some of them when i crash landed here." Scott looked guilty and embarrassed like he did the most horrendous thing ever.

"Hold on a minute, you're not from here. You crash landed here, How does that work?" Jimmy asks, curious and confused.

"Well, im a starborne, i come from another planet, Something happened i dont really remember, But i was floating in the galaxy for years it was actually pretty nice, it was warm conforting,and safe- oh sorry didnt mean to de rail." Scott looked away awkwardly as he went off topic
