MERRY CHRISTMAS MY LOVELIES!!!!
What once used to be a magical, lively AU was now nothing but empty. Piles of dust lied in the snow, being carried away by the wind. Blue magic strings were scattered all over the place, decorating each tiny shop and house. It was quiet, peaceful.
Error had already discarded of the human soul, trapping it inside of his AntiVoid like the rest. He couldn't have the human reset, not after all the work he did. He grinned as he looked at the disaster he had caused, once again feeling enjoyment from the destruction of another AU.
Just as he was about to open a portal back to the AntiVoid, he heard snow crunch behind him. He quickly whipped his head around, listening and looking for any sign of movement. He had dusted everyone here, it was impossible that someone survived, but he had to make sure before he deleted the AU's code.
"Wh0's TH3rE?" Error shouted, his glitchy voice echoing throughout the small empty town. All that could be heard in response was a deep, fear-inducing chuckle. Error gulped, a drop of sweat rolling down his forehead.
He was about to walk through the portal, when suddenly he felt something grab his leg. He looked down to see a large, goopy tentacle wrapped around his leg. His eyes followed the tentacle, trying to find the source. He eventually laid his eyes on a short, yet terrifying goopy black skeleton.
Immediately, when he realized someone, no... something was actually touching him, he began to glitch out. He tried to break free from the creatures grasp, but it was useless. The goopy creature was strong, much stronger than him.
ERROR signs clouded his eyes. The last thing he could see was the skeleton, a sinister smirk plastered across its face as it watched Error crash.
Error fell into the icy cold snow, a rebooting signal hovered above his head.
The skeleton smirked as it approached the now unconscious Error, squatting down to gently cup his face. The skeleton's grin grew wider, "I've finally caught you."
RAHH OKAY SO
I know everyone reading this already knows Nightmare and you're probably wondering why I referred to Nightmare as 'it' and 'the skeleton' WELL it's because this story is more on Error's perspective, and he doesn't really know Nightmare yet SOOOO
