"Thank you, Duncan. This is perfect." She said as her voice filled with excitement. We spent the rest of the day exchanging gifts, laughing, and enjoying each other's company. "You know what would make this even better?" I asked, an idea forming in my mind. "What-?" she questioned "A midnight kiss under the mistletoe." I said winking. I pulled her closer, my hands running through her hair as I deepened the kiss. "You wanna know something?" I asked "Sure?" She replied. "I'm not the only one who feels this way about you." "What?" She asked. "Never mind, merry Christmas princess." "Merry Christmas."
I think she's amazing, she's smart, kind, and beautiful—the perfect combination. she's stood by me through thick and thin, even when everyone else turned their backs on me.
