But for the locals it is free. How? I tried it with my computer, the one where I usually do the cyber buisness and then with my phone what I use in public.

We were ready. Fritz lead us to the old building. It was the old office. The least suspicious place. No lights, no electricity and really nothing that a Hacker could use. Only one: The windows were designed to strenghten WiFi routes. So he used it to make his virus spread in the whole town. Smart.
