CHAPTER ONE: manchester

"NOW INTRODUCING, THE MARAUDERS!"

The crowd erupted into cheers and screams. Regulus looked up at the stage, he saw nothing but red smoke and the outlines of his brother's band.

When the smoke cleared, the crowd erupted into more cheering and screaming. Sirius looked out at the crowd with a wide grin. He was holding a black electric guitar with lots of stickers on it. His hair was longer than when regulus had last seen him, it nearly reached his shoulders. He was wearing a black leather jacket, a jean skirt, and a white women's tank top. His eyes were covered by black sunglasses and he was standing with one hand on his hip.

Regulus felt like he was going to be sick. Pandora (who stood next to him) gripped his shaking hand tightly, almost as a way of telling him that everything would work out and that he would successfully rekindle his relationship with his brother.

The crowd screamed again as the other band members were revealed. James, Sirius's best friend was revealed first. Regulus remembered that he was nicknamed "prongs" for some odd reason. He also looked a lot different since Regulus had last seen him, his eyes were different, he still looked like James, but more timid and less of the confident booming voice that Regulus had last seen. But nonetheless, he was still James, the sun, the parent of the group, the protector, and the bass player of one the top bands in The UK. His bass was bright red, which matched his shoes. He was wearing a blue sweater and baggy beige cargo pants.

Second, came Remus, nicknamed Moony because he once successfully convinced a dumb boy that he was a werewolf because of his name. He was Sirius's long-term boyfriend of nearly 5 years, the drummer of the band. His drums were green and had "The Marauders" in red writing on the front of the bass drum. Remus was a nice boy, he seemed quiet at first but he was much more arrogant and sassy once you got to know him. He was incredibly smart and was currently in Uni at the University of Manchester studying music. He loved bitter black coffee, drawing, black dogs, and of course, Sirius. Sirius and Remus had been madly in love since high school, and it didn't look like their relationship was ending anytime soon.

Lastly, came Peter. Regulus knew Peter the least out of all of them. But he did know that Peter was extremely shy, he loved hoodies, he was closest with Remus, he was nicknamed Wormtail because he tried to adopt a wild rat, and he was one amazing guitar player. He had been playing since the age of 7, longer than anyone else in the band. And his eyes always lit up during a solo. His guitar was navy blue and white, with his signature in sharpie on the back of it.

There was one more, Lily, nicknamed Maisie. Lily had quit the band a few years back to join another with some other friends. She was the rhythm guitarist before Sirius, and she was pretty damn good at it too. There was one awkward stage where James had a crush on her, but it passed after two months. She also played percussion instruments like a bell or tambourine on some songs, but that was rare if at all. Her guitar was green with heart stickers on it and one custom one that said "Maisie" in red and pink letters.

The crowd erupted into shouts and screams as Sirius stepped up to the microphone.

"Hello ladies, gentlemen, and others!" he announced, "Welcome to the Manchester show of our first world tour!"

Excited fan girls screamed out at Sirius from the crowd. Their eyes were wide and their jaws had dropped.

Regulus looked around, the stadium was packed with fans who wanted to see Sirius and his band perform. They were all beyond excited, looking like they were on the verge of exploding.

"Hey, Reg?" Pandora asked, "You ok?"

Regulus quickly nodded, "Yeah...Just thinking..."

How did Regulus and Sirius end up in this position?
