"Tia! Oh my god, you're awake, thank god, I was worried, I really was!" Aurora spoke, and Tia cocked an eyebrow. No one believed Aurora, but that much was obvious, and Aurora could tell. It sucked that no one believed her, but she wasn't really all too surprised by that.

"What the hell are you doing here? Go away, Aurora!" Veronica cried. She didn't flinch when Aurora stepped back, eyes wide. Everything that had been happening kept on playing in Veronica's mind, like a constant, never ending horror movie. By this point, everyone was extremely exhausted, and that fact went double for Veronica.

"Easy there, Ronnie. What's up, Aurora?" Tia started, jabbing two of her fingers onto Veronica's sides, causing the smaller girl to squeal, flinching away. Tia smirked and moved her hand away. Tia then gave her attention to Aurora. And so did everyone else, albeit Veronica was reluctant.

"I-I don't e-even know where t-to start." Aurora stuttered. Everyone's eyes were on her and she really hated that feeling. She tried to piece together her words into a somewhat coherent sentence, but it was getting harder and harder to get the words out. It was scary.

"Tia, I am so so sorry-"

"Bullshit, liar!" Veronica snapped before Aurora could finish. Tia gave the smaller girl an unamused expression, before pulling her closer, putting a finger on her lips as if to say, "let me handle this, please-" and Veronica had no choice but to let her.

"Tia, I know what I did was horrible, you didn't deserve that, I know that, and I know that I-" Aurora began, but Veronica couldn't bite her tongue any longer. And by this point, Veronica snapped and couldn't keep her composure anymore.

"Shut up! No one cares about how you try to justify what you did. So just shut up already!" Veronica wailed. At this point, Tia was exasperated by both of them. It was just her, Veronica, Aurora and Tayce right now. Tia smirked at Veronica before tickling her for a brief minute, causing the ginger to squeal and step away.

"I know you're upset Ronnie, but please, let me handle this." Tia spoke. Veronica rolled her eyes and nodded. Tayce had been eerily quiet throughout the whole ordeal, and Aurora was starting to get nervous. She wanted nothing more than to hug Tayce and tell her how sorry she was.

"I don't think Veronica's being that unreasonable." Tayce murmured quietly. Aurora froze, Tia's jaw hit the floor and Veronica stared. Tayce was siding with Veronica over Aurora? That was unheard of. Aurora grimaced in shame. Tayce always took her side, but now she was siding with Veronica instead?

"Tayce, Aurora, I think you two should go. Ronnie's very upset and frankly, I don't really want to talk to either of you right now." Tia muttered. The two aforementioned girls frowned, but nodded, and they made their way out of the room, Tayce looking down the entire way out.

"Ronnie? Ronnie come here." Tia beckoned. Veronica's lip trembled as she approached Tia, eyes brimmed with tears. Tia frowned, hugging the ginger close. Veronica didn't bother trying to maintain composure. Tia frowned, she had always hated seeing Veronica so upset, which was a given, but this was unlike any other time.

Veronica just sounded broken. There was no desire to fight, to scream or yell, it was like it was hopeless trying to fight against her tears. She had broke, and she couldn't stop herself from crying. Tia bit her lip, this wasn't a good sign at all.

"Ronnie, what's wrong? I'm right here. I'm okay. Why are you crying?" Tia muttered, but Veronica couldn't summon the strength to give her any kind of response. The small ginger merely sobbed as she clung onto Tia. The taller girl held on to Veronica as she sobbed, her face dropped in distress.

"I-I almost l-l-lost you, I a-almost lost y-you and I-I can't s-stop thinking about it.." Veronica choked. Tia nodded sympathetically, patting the ginger on the back as she tried as best as she could to get her to calm down. It wasn't working at all.

"T-They had t-to do a-an emergency surgery on y-you. T-The doctors told me t-that you were l-lucky that I found out w-when I did." Veronica whimpered. Tia bit her lip, frowning. Veronica was nearly inconsolable. Tia hugged the ginger tight.

"It's okay, Ronnie. I'm right here and I'm okay. We both are. It'll be alright." Tia consoled. Veronica looked up, her glacier blue eyes staring deep at Tia's soft brown ones. Veronica shook her head, she wasn't okay. It wasn't okay, so why was Tia saying it was?

"N-Not okay. D-Don't l-lie to me, Tia!" Veronica wailed. Tia sighed quietly, she had to get Veronica to calm down but she wasn't sure how. Veronica's hysterics weren't making it any easier for Tia. She sighed, knowing that she couldn't get up after her surgery. That really didn't help.

As Veronica wailed, Tia tried to think of a solution. She tapped her chin, Veronica not even noticing due to the barrage of sobs that fell forth from her lips. Tia then got an idea, tapping Veronica on the shoulder. A hug always got her to calm down when she was upset.

"Ronnie, come here, come here." Tia beckoned. Veronica whined quietly and hobbled over to Tia on wobbly legs. The taller girl wrapped her in a hug, and Veronica immediately reciprocated.

As the two hugged, Veronica paused, and looked up at Tia with admiration, and decided, it was now or never.

Coming so close to losing Tia made her realize how much love she had for the taller girl. And she wasn't going to let it go unknown because she was too shy.

She looked up at Tia and took a deep breath.

"I-I love y-you, Tia."
