It's been hours .. maybe days since you've been rescued by the soldiers as you and the remaining survivors of green home apartments sat in the back of the moving military truck
No one saying a word as everyone sat in silence , sitting at the end of the row of seats with Ali sitting beside you and Ji-su sat on her other side as Eun yu sat across from you
As your brown eyes stare at the empty and abandoned road watching as you pass by hundreds of abandoned vehicles, most that had there doors left opensignaling that their owner ran out of their vehicles in a panic
"The military pulled it off " Seung-wan says with a chuckle
"Doesn't mean we're safe now" Jae hwan replies as he turns to look at Seung-wan who looks at him a bit confused yet trying to stay positive
"Well , there wasn't a single monster the whole way here" Seung -wan says a bit in a matter a fact tone as he looks at Jae Hwan
"No people either.." Ali says loud enough for everyone to hear as she continues to look down at her lap , turning to look at your younger sister as you wrap your arm around her shoulder pulling her in a small side hug as she rest her head on your shoulder
Causing Jae Hwan and Seung-Wan to look at your sister not saying a single word .. they all knew she was right , it was true there wasn't a single monster the whole way here ..but there wasn't another living soul on the way here either
"Well.."Seung-wan starts as he continues to look at Ali
"Oh, the soldiers probably already.." Seung-wan tries to finish as he starts to look around the roads and the buildings of rubble
The rest of the ride was silent as no one spoke another word , looking at your sister as you rub Ali's head gently as she lets out a small sigh before slightly easing her head off your shoulder causing you to become confused , the truck has stopped moving as you tried to look around to see what was going on but not being able to see anything
"Blockage Five.."
"A military vehicle containing survivors is approaching"
