Thirsty for tea?
Kuro was getting ready for her first client. This was her third day so she of course wanted a good start for herself, she patted the small bun on her face adding more and more red to her white cheeks she held a small flower and placed in into her hair, she was so amazed by how beautiful she looked in the moment until Ise bumped into her making her hair mess up a little "Oops, didn't see you." She giggled as she walked pass but Kuro didn't accept that at all she stood up immediately with her fingers dug into her palm but was stopped by her boss Madame Kaji "What'd I say." Kuro looked in shocked and disbelief "No fighting between you two. Y'know, I would pair you two but I'm not evil." Kaji turned to congratulate Akemi once she walked out the room "One thing no man can ever resist. Himself." Her voice could be heard getting distant over the scattered applause as she walked away."Still half the night left. Any luck with blue eyes yet?" Akemi looked over towards us "Eh, he asked to be alone. Thank goodness." Ise replied but Ise's reply wasn't needed at all "Ill take him." I raise my hand and all eyes fall on me, I saw the look on Akemi's face she had a mix of confusion, shock, and anger but I really didn't care but why did Akemi want him so bad. "Okay, you do you." Ise mumbled I reached for the table the small girl was holding "I told you she was weird. No wonder why her mother gave her up" I heard Ise whispering and giggling with another girl but I didn't mind her I just walked a little fast so I could get out that small room and hearing their big voices in it. I walked to his room and place the table down quietly outside the door, I check my dark surroundings making sure no one could see me and I place two drops of drugs in the tea and I place the lid back on top as quietly as I could, one of Kaji's tricks to make the men pay better and not be so sober when they leave.
"May I serve you, sir?" I slide the door open and the tan light immediately beams on my face, I place the table down in front of me and prepare, the sound of water dripping in the cup was loud as the man didn't dare say a word to me, rare. "Thirsty for tea?" I held my hand up towards the man who turned around by the sound of my words "Your eyes. They're blue." Kuro was genuinely shocked but she didn't want to seem rude "Whatever insult comes next is not as clever as you think." The man was dismissive about the topic of his eyes, I wonder why "No, they're beautiful." I could see the expression on his face changed once I complimented him, he grabbed the cup from my palm "Huh. I see. Your Madame explained how it's some essential part of the soul that grabs men to brothels when it's only naked flattery. Do men usually fall for this?" I rolled my eyes at his exaggerated response to a compliment that I can totally take back but won't.
"Some do. What's your name? I heard your names represents your most attractive feature or features."My eyes looked everywhere but him, he just made me nervous for some reason I just consciously didn't know "Mizu." "See. Water is blue and your eyes are blue; your name is handsome." I looked at him and smile a little "What's your name?" He hesitated on drinking the cup "Kuro. My hair is black so my mother thought it was good to try and point it more since she thought hair was your real beauty rather than your face. Drink up you look thirsty." Mizu raised his cup and stared into the tea "I thought it was tea. I don't drink."
"Madame thought maybe you'd like to feel relaxed." Looking up from my bow "A small sip won't hurt." A smile grew from my lips "If could join me. I have some ugly business coming." He grabbed the kettle and filled the other cup with the tea and held it to me "Suddenly, I'm glad for some company." I grabbed the cup and awkwardly smiled at him "To your flattery." He smiled at me; he had the cup a centimeter away from his lips but something stopped him "Hot." He looked at me "The place where I'm from that's how many men like their tea. Kohama." I was clearly disappointed by how I didn't get him to drink but the place Kohama brought his small span of attention up "Kohama you say."
