I slouched in the chair, feeling utterly lost in the maze of their words. "Agatha, Wanda, my powers... it's like I'm hearing gibberish," I muttered, scanning the dimly lit room, trying to make sense of it all.

"Does any of this ring a bell?" Bruce's voice snapped me out of my daze. I looked at him, managing a weak smile. "So, you're saying I got these powers from Agatha and Wanda? They're somehow linked to me being here?" I gestured towards the red-haired woman who nodded. "Agatha and Wanda, they, umm, made me? Or my powers? I'm really sorry, but it's not clicking," I confessed, feeling totally overwhelmed.

"Sort of," Tony chimed in, coming closer with a serious look. "Wanda and Agatha played a role in creating you, but then Agatha swiped your powers. You ended up in the real world. Now that we've got Agatha, we managed to get your powers back. Make any sense?"

I furrowed my brow, trying to process it all. "But who are my real folks? Are Agatha and Wanda my actual parents, or am I from somewhere else?" I sat up, feeling the urgency to figure things out.

The room fell quiet like my question carried a ton of weight. Tony sighed before speaking, picking his words carefully. "Your story's a total puzzle, way more complicated than we get. Agatha and Wanda are part of it, but there's a lot more hidden in the mix."

"Oh, great. More to unpack," I spat out sarcastically, shooting a cold glare at Tony. His smile faltered, but he maintained composure. "This is all nonsense. Can I just walk out of here?" I demanded, pushing myself up from the chair. But to my surprise, everyone else in the room rose as well.

"We still need to conduct a few tests... you can't leave," Bruce asserted, his voice gentle but firm. "It won't take much time, just a couple of hours," he added, attempting to reassure me.

I scoffed and reluctantly slumped back into my seat. "Fantastic," I muttered bitterly, clenching my jaw. Anger surged within me, a boiling mixture of frustration and betrayal. To think that my entire life had been nothing but a farce. The people I thought were my 'parents' were apparently not even related to me.

I fumed in silence, feeling the weight of this revelation settling heavily on my shoulders. My mind raced with questions, doubts, and an overwhelming desire to break free from the confounding maze of lies and half-truths.

I watched as they began setting up equipment, the room humming with an atmosphere of controlled urgency. Tony and Bruce exchanged glances, seemingly unaware of the storm brewing within me. I crossed my arms, trying to contain the tempest of emotions swirling inside.

"This won't take long," Tony reassured, his voice tinged with a hint of sympathy. "We just need a few more readings to understand your powers better."

"Yeah, because understanding the powers that apparently 'belonged' to me but were taken away sounds like a walk in the park," I retorted, my tone laced with bitterness. I couldn't shake off the feeling of being manipulated, of having my life and identity snatched away without my consent.

As they initiated the tests, I submitted reluctantly, feeling like a specimen under scrutiny. The machines whirred and beeped, probing the depths of abilities that were supposedly mine. With each passing moment, the frustration simmered beneath my skin, a wildfire threatening to consume my composure.
