the head alpha, taehyung, leaned against the sink, watching with a soft smile as his mate, solana, bathed their new baby girl. their daughter, taima, a few weeks old, was a giggling, splashing little one. her chubby body bobbed in the water, tiny hands reaching out to playful swipes at the washcloth her mother used to gently cleanse her caramel skin.
" careful there, luna." taehyung rumbled, his voice naturally deep but softened to purr. solana chuckled, her eyes sparkling saying, " she gets her playful spirit from you, babe. just wait till she's crawling after everything that catches her eye."
taehyung giggled, "can't wait, my love."
suddenly, taima kicked her legs sending a spray of water droplets flying across the bathroom. solana yelped playfully, pretending to be thoroughly soaked. she scooped up a handful of water, giggling, and splashed it gently on her daughter's belly. " you love splashing mama, huh? don't you, my sweet pie." she cooed.
taehyung watched biting his lip, trying to suppress his smile. gosh he loves them so much.
the baby girl squealed in delight, causing taehyung's heart to burst. "darling?" he said walking to the bathtub and kneeling crouching beside his omega. " yes, my love?" she turned to him and met his gaze. the alpha leaned in and softly kissed his omega on the lips. she blushed and playfully hit his chest, " not in front of, luna, hubby."
taehyung smiled loving how flustered she looked. " i want to have skin-skin with my pup, my love." he said, his voice smooth as silk. solana smiled widened and gently lifted taima out of the water, cradling her." okay, hub."
the alpha removed his shirt leaving him only in his shorts. carefully, taehyung stepped into the bathtub, the warm water enveloping him instantly. with gentle movements, he sat down his back resting against the tub's headrest.
solana carefully gently placed her on taehyung's bare chest. taima, surprised by the sudden change in position, blinked her wide eyes for a moment.
as if recognizing the familiar warmth and scent of her father, a content sigh escaped her lips. she snuggled closer, her tiny fist instinctively reaching up to grasp his necklace
a warmth bloomed in taehyung's core, a tenderness unlike anything he'd ever known. he wrapped his arms around taima, pulling her close. he nuzzled the top of taima's head, his voice barely a whisper, "hello there, my little moonlight."
taima gurgled in response, her tiny fingers curling around his. "i'm the luckiest alpha in the world," taehyung said, his tone deepening.
