On our way to the hospital, I got a text from my best friend Maria "The baby's parents are here where are you? they have been asking about the surrogate can you come fast ?" as soon as I got the message I drove fast to the hospital.
At the hospital: As soon as I reached the hospital parking I stormed into the reception
"Hey Stella, come fast the clients are waiting " Maria greeted me from the reception as soon as I entered the hospital room I eyed a handsome man I couldn't take my eyes off him but he was quite familiar don't know why. "HI! I'm Sam Marrision and this is my wife Amy Marrision we are here to interview you for our baby's surrogate and you're Ms.Stella Brown right? he introduced his wife."Yeah," I replied His wife is a famous model in New York and he's a billionaire and the CEO of the Marrision company I'm here to get interviewed for the surrogate mother of their baby what a nightmare I have read news about Amy the arrogant daughter of Amaiya. "You're rejected you made us wait for more than 10 minutes " Amy snapped at me before I even spoke I heard a bold voice that stood up for me "Amy, please! You can't talk to our surrogate like that we came before our appointment started" Sam said with a roar and Amy got even angrier and stormed out of the room by saying "Whatever I just need the baby and I don't care about the surrogate " as she stormed out of the room sam followed her back with an apologetic expression. As I got down to the parking I watched Sam's face covered with his hands with frustration I approached him "Hey! Is everything okay? I think your wife doesn't like me well" I asked "I'm sorry that she talked to you in that tone" he replied "It's fine I have seen the worst in my 23years of the journey" I shared but instead of replying he stood up and stared me into the eyes like he has something to say but he cants as if he knew me for a very long time a voice broke us from the stare "Hey Sisi are you done can we go home I feel hungry" lily called out with a confused smile I waved sam and left with lily.
We got some fried chicken on our way back home for lily as it was pouring outside we got something hot . "By the way who is that man?" she asked with a mischievous smile on her face "Who?" i asked with a confusion "The handsome man whom you're staring for a long time does his eyes look that good" she asked "Shut up lily he is just a client and he just came to interview me for his child there is nothing else" i replied to lily . I heared a sudden knock on my door " who would it be in this pouring rain" i wondered and opened the door . I saw a familiar face which i saw just a couple of hours ago its Sam who was drenched in rain "You followed....." before i can even finish my word "How are you Ariel?" he asked with tears in his eyes....................
