It was a cold, night day, it was the time of day you loved to go outside and collect stones. " ma! Can I please go out and get some stones for my collection! " you say to your adoptive mother ka'li. Ka'li turned to look at you and smiled " okay be safe! " you smiled at her response and grabbed your leaves back while running outside.
You slowly walked into your favourite area of the forest and crouched down. You carefully looked around the floor, searching for some pretty stones. You were looking until you found a beautiful one. You picked it up with your mouth wide open. " wow!! " you smile. you then start to run back to home tree to show ka'li,. Until, You Trip over a big rock a fall to the ground, the rock fell out of your hands and rolled over to a little girl. You looked up and saw her picking it up. " hey! That's mine!! " you shouted at her gently. She slowly looked at you in shock and said in a calm and guilty way " I'm sorry! " as she gave you the stone back and helped you up.
You smiled at her as she said in a shy way, " hello, I'm neytiri! What's your name . "
" h-hi... I'm called ke'ya... " you say in an even shyer way.
" want to play ke'ya! " neytiri says smiling.
You smile at her and take her hand, as you run with her to fan lizards.
" this is my favourite place to go with my friends! Isn't it pretty! " you look at her and start chasing the fan lizards.
Neytiri smiles brightly and starts chasing them with you.
*an hour after playing*
" hey neytiri, I'm sorry I think it's time for me too go back! Ka'li must be worried about me! " you say in a guilty way to neytiri.
" oh! Okay. Who's ka'li? " neytiri says while tilting her head.
" ka'li is my adoptive mother! You see.. I've never actually met my real mother. I only have one memorie about her. " you say in a quite sad tone.
Neytiri runs to you and hugs you tightly as she gets out from the hug and smiles at you.
" maybe tomorrow you can tell me about that memorie you have? " neytiri says smiling.
" okay! Bye now neytiri! " you replied.
" bye! " neytiri smiles.
